Conor was excellent in his communication skills, made all so easy and responded in very good time.
When Conor and Ian arrived they were punctual, smart and professional but friendly as well.
They checked over the Bentley and we went for a short drive to confirm how she drove.
The paperwork was quite simple and the offer acceptable. Th money came over in minutes.
Excellent company to deal with and Conor and Ian were brilliant ambassadors for the company.

I Sold my wife’s car with Premier Cars Ltd. The service provided by the company was excellent. I was contacted by Ash and he arranged to visit to provide me with a quote for my wife’s BMW 2 series convertible. I believe whatever car they provide a quote for is just like any other service you want a good price and they want to purchase for as little as possible. I was happy with price I got compared to what the dealership were offering. So make sure you do your homework. They treat you with respect and I was happy with the service and price I received.

I wouldn’t bother with this guys.
They are no different than webuyanycar.
They will try to find anything just not to pay the price they quote.
They quote £15k for my car and they want to pay me £11.5 k with only the reason they know the engine for my car is not reliable even the car is driving perfectly and is not any fault show on the dashboard.
They will expect your car to look like new even if is 6-7 year old.
My advice is do not waste your time and sell it on private.

Second time I sold my car to these guys. Great guys and Abs came out to see me. Abs was excellent, 5 stars for him. I gave the company 4 stars cause I felt they negotiated me down a bit more than I wanted although they did give very valid reasons. I would use them again.

Where do I even begin…

Selling my car to this company turned into a bizarre and uncomfortable experience. The driver Abs was careless, and things only went downhill from there. We had issues with the V5 logbook, partly because it wasn’t collected from the post office after a missed delivery, something that should have been handled professionally but clearly wasn’t.

The most shocking part? Instead of resolving anything properly, Abs decided it was appropriate to take my phone and attempt to leave himself a 5 star review. Yes, really. This was followed by a lengthy and very personal “sob story” about his life and how he would lose his job if I didn’t comply.

I understand everyone has their struggles, but this felt manipulative, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Customers should not be put in a position where they feel pressured or obligated to give positive reviews, especially not on the spot and definitely not by someone holding their phone.

Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and poorly handled. I would strongly suggest the company reviews its staff conduct and customer interaction standards.

Would not recommend.
