Giving them a 1 star because they completely lie about shipping date and it’s almost impossible to get through to them for updates. I wouldn’t have to resort to leaving a bad review at all but when it’s a query about a PAID order they do not prioritise replying to you, when it’s an order you’re about to make they’ll reply ASAP. Was lied to and told my order was shipped but they ended up shipping it 4 days later.

Do not waste your money with this company. The watch I purchased for my husband is poor quality. Feels tatty, rattles like it’s fake, lightweight and overall a cheap feel to it. Very disappointed in the product and customer service.
They don’t refund customers, however I emailed the company and after going back and forth they agreed if I return the item it’s original condition they will issue me a refund with proof of tracking receipt. Which I did, now they won’t respond to my emails, WhatsApp or instagram messages. Very unprofessional company.

They have now kept the watch I returned and my money! I have since reported the company to trading standards and my bank.

This seller saved so much of my time and was very helpful! I was deciding on a watch to get and wasn’t too sure on which one as there was lots of options to choose from. The seller guided me through the best sellers and was very patient as I was unsure on what to choose. My order came in less than a week so will deffo be ordering again! The seller was so kind and helpful :)

My wife bought me the Bi metal seiko yacht master and it arrived in 5 days. I was very pleased with the watch It keeps perfect time and looks brilliant.
The bracelet took 5 mins to remove two links and the feel and weight of the watch gives it a very expensive and great feel. I will be buying another soon. If you’re thinking it’s a fake it’s not it’s a seiko homage to the brand of watch you like. The watch is waterproof You will not be disappointed buy with confidence they really are brilliant.
