Premium Jane Australia Opiniones

Product arrived quickly and is very good.
Pleased and impressed with product and service.

Brilliant produts. My elderly mother is sleeping well and is painfree after suffering for 30 years. Prompt delivery. Cannot speak highly enough. Gummies are yummy and doing exactly as the company said it would.

I am so happy with the gummies... Have just ordered another 60 pack as there is 30% off ...
I am sleeping so much better thx to the gummies.

Fast delivery.
Great product.

Usually a very good experience with this company, however recent order was a let down. The bottle arrived with an obvious 'leak'. Citrus aroma noted from staining on the label, the lid was loose and required re-tightening, and the bottle appeared about a quarter less than full. Tried to ring them to advise a potential quality control issue, but got a recorded message saying the "number was not connected ". Disappointing as I've never had a problem with the company prior.

Absolutely hopeless company
Customer service is non existent
The supposed customer service manager was rude and unhelpful in her emails to me and I waited weeks and weeks for a reply and to try and get it sorted
The website doesn’t work when trying to place an order
I tried hundreds of times to order and it kept deleting my discount code and saying that the shipping choice hadn’t been chosen
Tried to call the mobile number given and it rang out every time, no call back
I ended up ordering a similar product from a different company
I will not use this company now no matter how good their product is

Ordered my product on the 29th jan and didn’t get shipped till the 9th Feb. with no contact in between. I don’t think that’s good enough service.

The ordering was easy and the goods arrived promptly and without fuss

Good information about the products and a very easy smooth ordering process, combined with a quick efficient delivery.
