Second order from Premium paints, the first batch was excellent, you do need a paint stirrer and drill as it is very high opacity and if you opt for textured there is a fine sand to mix in too, I a... Ver más

I purchased the Everest-Ultimate QD…
I purchased the Everest-Ultimate QD Concrete floor/patio paint for my slabs and I have just painted them.
So far it's looking great so I'm just about to order more.
I used Sandtex Masonry Paint before but unfortunately it started to come off but now realise it's not for concrete slabs/paths!!

Good quality paint and primer.
Good coverage and product appears to have taken well. Delivered on time.
Lid of the tin a bit of a nightmare to get off due to its flimsy nature.
Well pleased overall with the product.

Thank you for the feedback, we really appreciate it.
We are doing our best to mitigate these cases of courier delays, but unfortunately our options are quite limited - simply due to the nature of the goods that we ship.
However, we will keep exploring alternatives until we can get the most reliable results on delivery estimates for our customers.
Excellent

Second order from Premium paints
Second order from Premium paints, the first batch was excellent, you do need a paint stirrer and drill as it is very high opacity and if you opt for textured there is a fine sand to mix in too, I also added some block paving crack sand.
The coverage is brilliant the paint is easy to handle very few drips and once dry it looks fantastic no patchy bits just a nice uniform finish.
Here's to pot number 2 which I'll be spreading tomorrow.
Great stuff.

5 Stars for customer service but delivery company let Premium Paints down
5 Stars for customer service but overall rating spoiled by delivery company who did not deliver on time. However contact at Premium Paints was excellent, professional and very prompt in dealing with the delivery company issues. I couldn’t fault the customer service’s response to my complaint re delivery.

**Had to buy elsewhere due to delays - bad communication and listed as in stock, but wasn't**
I would avoid this seller.
The item was listed as in stock with an estimated delivery date of 22–23 July, but after the delivery window passed there was no communication. I contacted the seller asking for an update and an estimated dispatch date, but received no meaningful response.
As I needed the product to complete a job for my customer, I had to purchase it elsewhere.
I then requested that the order be cancelled before it was dispatched, yet the seller ignored my request and sent it days later anyway. I refused delivery with the courier, and it is now being returned to the seller. I'm currently awaiting my refund.
Very poor communication, inaccurate stock/delivery information, and disappointing customer service throughout. I wouldn't use this seller again.
