Do not waste your money.
I booked online through a comparison website this was one of the “cheaper” options. Close to departure (4 days) I went to log in to enter the registration of the vehicle I was using and came across the most recent reviews. All being miss led by thinking everything was included in the booking price to then be slapped with fees on arrival. I contacted premium parking via telephone to which the man I spoke to could not understand English very well and told me to email instead regarding my booking. At which point I checked online and it worked out my original booking of £53 was going to cost more like £70 with the hidden fees. So I decided to cancel and go through Manchester airports main parking as it is much cheaper and reliable. The reviews stated you are transported in a mini van with seatbelts that don’t work, when travelling with young children I don’t think this is morally right to take money for a “premium” service and offer vehicles with no adequate safety belts. That being said I emailed as instructed 4 days prior to my booking and have been ignored, no refund. No email to check why I didn’t show to my booking nothing. I further emailed yesterday and I have still been ignored again with no refund. Absolute con. Save your money and book with Manchester airport jet parks, much cheaper and much more reliable.

The parking was straight forward and easy. The staff were helpful and friendly at drop off and pick up. Me and my partner booked through ‘compare airport parking’ which I would strongly advise against and instead book directly through ‘premium parking Manchester’ we tried to make an amendment through ‘compare airport parking’ and they tried to charge us £20 however when we contacted the parking directly they were helpful and changed our booking without the added fee :)

This is such a shame as as it could have been very positive.
So easy to find and easy check-in and drop off. However when we parked in noticed a sign saying an extra £6 will be charged each way for each passenger to het to drop off point at Manchester Airport.
Now I had seen this on many reviews and I wasn't going to use them but my partner booked this. When I siad did you know this she said it comes up after you book and pay for it.! Thats dodgy for a start.
There were people at the bus stop also not aware and not happy. So the extra £26 we could have had meet and greet at the airport.
We were taken quickly to airport in a van which we all thought would break down but luckily didn't.
On pick up they were veey good and collected us quickly and got our key for us ready to go.
However although all staff were extremely good. My partner was badgered to give a positive review with driver telling her what she write !
Sound like out holiday in egypt from entertainment staff.
So they are getting the review they deserve.
Its a real shame as it could be a very good service with good staff and location.
" But just be honest about your hidden charges " but then you probably wouldn't get any bookings.

I would not recommend using this company at all. We turned up and parked our car went to main reception and we had to pay an extra £30 for getting in and out of the airport which it does state on the website as approximately £6.50 each way which i can understand but they do it per person and not per vehicle so if you turn up with a full car be prepared to pay a large amount. They then try and threaten you to scan a QR code and give them a 5 star review or they will make you wait for them to take you. The van was tatty and broken with seatbelts that didn't work. When we returned to the airport they did turn up fast which was great but again the van had broken seatbelts. We got back to the carpark and the driver then said that before he would give us our keys back we had to scan a QR code on his phone and leave a good review. I lied and said we did it when we turned up and he gave us our keys.

Overall it was cheap for 2 of us and if you can deal with them trying to catch you out then it is fine. but be prepared to pay the extra and don't expect friendly service.

Totally agree about additional charges been added to each car £6 barrier charge is a rip off they could make about £60 additional money each trip.

I was left 1hr this morning at the airport before getting picked up its a joke avoid at all costs.

Honestly not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Third time we have used this company and each time has been a great experience. We’ve just picked out car up about an hour ago, we waited around 20 minutes to be picked up and the driver was super friendly. I was actually in a bit of a mood because my daughter had put oil all over my brand new kitchen and I was upset and the driver took the time to make sure I was ok which was really sweet. I’d use premium parking again and recommend to my family and friends too. The price was also reasonable and i knew that we had to pay the barrier charge and I never read the small print so it’s clear to see… every other parking company does this too or you pay inflated prices. I think people just like to moan sometimes.

When I arrived was met with a extremely rude person Eddy was as gressive when questioning other hidden charges. On pickup when we came back from the holiday they left me, my wife, and 1 year old child waiting in the cold for an hour at 2am before they showed up as they were waiting to collect other people too. Would NOT recommend Premium Parking Manchester
Really disappointed with our experience with Premium Parking Manchester.
We paid in advance for our parking, only to be told on arrival that there was an additional fee for airport drop-off and pick-up. This was not clearly stated on the website when making the booking, so it felt like an unexpected extra charge once we had already committed to using the service.
The experience coming home was even worse. After arriving back at Manchester Airport, we contacted them for collection and were told the wait would be around 10 minutes. We ended up waiting 50 minutes for the pick-up.
After a flight, the last thing you want is to be standing around waiting for nearly an hour, especially after being given a completely different timeframe.
For the price paid, I expected a much more straightforward and reliable service. Unexpected fees and a 50-minute wait for collection are not what I would expect from a premium parking service.
Definitely not an experience I would repeat, and I wouldn't recommend Premium Parking Manchester based on our experience.

⭐ Very poor experience – would not use again

Booked Easy Parking Manchester – Park and Ride through Compare The Airport Parking and paid £41.49. Unfortunately, the service was terrible from start to finish.

When we arrived, they weren’t answering the phone, and we then had to pay an additional £13 to get to the airport, which I had not expected from the service as advertised. The journey wasn’t straightforward either, as we had to pick up other passengers on the way.

The return was even worse. I called once I’d collected my luggage as instructed and was told collection would be around 4pm. At 4:10pm nobody had arrived, so I called again and was told the driver was at another terminal and wouldn’t be long.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I called yet again. I was then told the driver had apparently come to collect us, called me, got no answer and driven away.

The problem? They hadn’t called me. There was no incoming or missed call on my phone whatsoever. I asked them to show me evidence of this supposed call because my phone records clearly showed I hadn’t received one. We were then told we’d have to wait again.

For an airport parking service, you need to be able to rely on the company to answer the phone, communicate properly and collect you when agreed. Instead, we had unanswered calls, extra costs, repeated waiting around and were then blamed for supposedly missing a call that never happened.

I’ve now submitted a formal complaint and requested a refund of the £41.49 plus the additional £13 we had to pay.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this service again.

Took my car there full of fuel when I arrived back I only had 54 miles on it, my car smelled of cigarettes and there was a lighter in it when I don’t smoke. On way back home my car broke will never use this company again

The worst service I have ever come across and not to be trusted, no customer service whatsoever, me and my wife drove to separate Cars, my wife’s car had 270 mile left in a tank after coming back from a trip to Vegas five days later it at 46 miles left in the tank, then she drove 15 minutes down the road and the car broke down, it is a 20 plate Mercedes done 40 K miles, they swapped apart on the car which cost my partner £650,.
Then my Landrover discovery had a pump on the corner bumper which I’ve recently just had painted, we tried to contact them and they just kept putting the phone down on us and very very rude. Please please never trust this company with your vehicle. This is the first time I have ever left a review in my old life.

Reliable, convenient, trustworthy, safe… these are things you want from airport parking and none of which you’ll get from premium parking. We booked via a comparison website where it said it was self park & 5 mins away, we had no idea it was a shuttle service so incredibly misleading however no way to know if that is the fault of this company. We parked at Stanley Hotel, the car park is absolutely packed where cars are just left anywhere they can find space and I wouldn’t consider it safe either. We assumed from the instructions as you enter the car park that there was a regular timetabled shuttle but no you need to ring a number to ask them to pick you up and hilariously we had to call twice as the 1st time all the guy said was they were sending a driver but they never did! The driver when he came was rude and wasted precious time telling us off rather than taking us to the airport promptly considering we had a flight to catch and were held up by them. Safe to say incredibly stressful experience on the way to the airport. All I can say about the journey back is we did as instructed and called as soon as we got through security, 20 minutes later we were still waiting at the drop off area, called up again and got told they were 7 mins away. 20 mins later, the van arrives already half full and 2 other women join who said they waited for an hour. Not at all premium and considering it was more expensive than regular park & ride - definitely not worth it.

I do not recommend this company!!!
On arrival there were no spaces available to park in, I noticed many people were having to half park on a grassed area which is what we had to do. The carpark had areas of smashed glass/rubbish throughout, it really was like a free for all.
We phoned the number when we were 30mins away as advised on our booking confirmation email, and then we phoned again on arrival. The man on the phone had poor English and took all our details over the phone, it was very time consuming and inefficient.
We were advised the minibus would pick us up in 15-20 mins due to traffic, however after 30 mins there was no sign of our transfer bus!
I called the number again and was told the minibus Driver would call me with an update. The minibus driver called me a couple of minutes later to say he was at Terminal 2 and would set off for us now, and that he would be with us in 15-20 mins. The minibus driver claimed that he had only just been told about us and he apologised when he picked us up for ‘that useless guy on the phone’.
In total we waited 55 mins for our transfer bus, it all felt very rushed and honestly spoilt the start of our holiday as we had to rush through the airport.
On the way home we called at 2.15am and were not collected until 3.05am.
A 50 minute wait. Really disappointing at that time in the morning when travelling with young children, and zero traffic on the roads. Finally, the transfer bus does not have working seatbelts available in all seats, I had to hold my children.
I would advise anyone to please book elsewhere!!!

Very bad response from the complainant team ,make sure that you take pic of each and every corner for your vehicle ,and take the pic of the speedo meter to make sure the miles ,bcz if something happens that just wash their hands asking for photographs,they have made some damage to my car whilst they moving my car around and they asked for proof to prove that was not there previously….

Very easy and efficient, Driver Moby very friendly and patient and helpful, made our experience very good.
Car in good hands and excellent price for long travels , will be using again.
