Totally unprofessional!
Said they would purchase property and have have it completed by mid Jan. I was assured the price they gave me would be the one they pay! I should have know better!
Completion date ended up mid Feb and on the night before completion they messaged to say they would be reducing the offer by £20,000!
I totally refused and when I did the director called to offer me an extra 10k.

Due to the fact they had already delayed the completion date by a whole month and already loosing another property to another buyer we stupidly decided to accept the offer so we could use the money for a deposit on a further property we had seen.
Within 1 week, they had put the house up for sale for £40k more than they had paid.
Don't use this company unless you want to lose serious money!
They also use several other names and I will be leaving a review for each one!

Unprofessional, sly, no morals.

We sold our house to Prime property buyers. Despite assurances right throughout the process that the price that they agreed was a firm price, at the very last minute, which was the day that they we were supposed to be moving, they reduced their offer by £33000. When they reduced their offer a lady who said she was acting on behalf of a director phoned us to see if we would accept the offer, we had never spoken to her before. She souned embarrased. It's a shame the director didn't have the courage to call us himself. I would strongly advice against using this company at all costs. I believe that they have other similar companies under their umbrella, so do your research and avoid them all. No morals, scruples, businesses like this should not be allowed to operate. I for one will be contacting the FCA ombudsman.

AMAZING COMPANY if you want to get little to nothing for your home and just be done with it!

This company is WONDERFUL to work with if you are just looking to get rid of your home. they are the middlemen who work with realtors to sell your home at a higher price while giving you a lower amount. Again, this is great for inherited properties, especially if you don't want to deal with having to fix it up and all that.

Just make sure you are 100% sure you want to sign with them, and I would definitely suggest having an attorney review and explain everything to you before signing anything!!!

Marvin is extremely condescending in my personal opinion and lacks proper customer service skills.

Keeping ringing my phone each day, when you answer hang up. I've not contacted this company and if i was to sell my property i would most certainly not use a rip of chasing company like this either!!!!!

Updated: It was me that left the review on Facebook and provided screenshots of the calls. Like I've said i would not be dealing with a company that has unpaid charges since 2018!!!!! You have my full name here, so you can find me and take me off. I have blocked the number now.

They looked a little more upmarket than other similar companies and so I decided to speak to them. From the first conversation I was impressed with the company, everyone I spoke to seemed eager to help and I was never left without correspondence. They were able to buy my property very quickly - if you are having trouble selling on the market I would definitely recommend you consider a service such as this.

premium Property Buyers bought my property in January this year. I really wasn’t sure if I would be able to sell my property over lockdown, but the pandemic had no impact on this company’s ability to buy properties. They were able to buy my property very quickly, within two weeks. They were very helpful and the process was hassle free. Was a little bit less than I would have liked, but for the speed it was worth it. Thanks guys!

I inherited a property from my parents which had a lot of potential but needed a lot of work. As I work full time I didn’t have the time or energy to put into renovating the property and wanted to sell it quickly to get the funds out of it. Premium Property Buyers were really fantastic in helping me do this. We agreed on a three week timescale that they stuck to and the whole process was hassle free. Really can’t thank the team enough and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick sale!

I have sold my property (£500k+) to Premium Property buyers in Dec'20 and would happily recommend them to anyone. I approached the company and was explained the process in fair bit of detail and was made an offer subject to valuation. Given the current climate, valuations were done remotely and was slightly below market value of the property but we didnt want the hassle and needed to sell urgently and ended up accepting the revised offer. We were kept upto date throughout the process and everything went smoothly and we completed as promised.
