Outstanding customer support from Lauren, promptly shipping samples and recommending and shipping further samples based on my feedback. Although we ultimately went down a different route I was very impressed with the pro-active support provided by Lauren and will certainly talk to Premium when we have a future tiling project.
Contacted Premium Tiles as I was looking for some kitchen tiles. Isobel was great, and sent me an email with some options she thought would work well in my space.
I ordered a sample, and then placed a full order, which arrived the next day.

Ordered tiles online and was really impressed with how quickly everything arrived. Delivery was within 1–2 days and the tiles were delivered securely on a pallet, well wrapped and protected. No damages at all, which was a big relief. Would definitely order again.
