Thanks for the free trial you gave us in November. I sat my exam in November and it was a very helpful resource even though I had it for only 5 days - I believe it played a huge part in me passing my exam on my first sitting! I’d recommend purchasing the course. I can only imagine how much more helpful it would have been if I’d invested in the course earlier on.

I was referred to pre reg shortcut by one of my friend. I understand it is an expensive course as compared to others but honestly it is worth evey penny. I have not even dreamed of passing in first attempt . It was only Marvins positive attitude and the way he teach us and make things so so easy. I would highly recommend to buy this at the very earliest month of your pre reg and start your revision as much early as possible and then you will see the confidence and difference from others the day you will walk in the exam room. This year, I had to defer my exam— a difficult decision to make. The thing that truly drew me to the course was the money-back guarantee.

This money-back guarantee for failing the exam seems to only apply to that. After expressing my personal reasons for withdrawing from the exam to the team, I had requested for them to extend the course up until the November exam (NOTE: NOT A REFUND), to which I was denied and told that it wasn’t fair for other trainee pharmacists. I expressed that not every trainee pharmacist pays £1,000 for the course.

Unfortunately, you face circumstances in life which are out of your control and I faced the decline of my physical health.
Instead, they told me that the ‘pro rata’ they can do for me is £260— capitalising off of my situation further.

I told the admin that I should not be telling them what’s right and what’s wrong and that a business’ reputation lies on their integrity, to which I was told “you seem to confuse ‘integrity’ and empathy’”.

There are companies that charge you a fraction of the price and are willing to extend the programme if you choose to defer as they are aware that not every trainee (nationally) is their customer. This isn’t something my training provider paid for; I used my hard-earned money for this. £1,000.

As expressed to the admin team, a major part of a company’s reputation lies with customer service. This matter was dealt with extremely poorly. A truly disheartening and disappointing experience.

I would like to pose the following question to everyone: Is this how you should treat customers who pay £1,000 for your course?

To anyone thinking of purchasing the course, please, please, please consider all of these factors before purchasing the course. I spent the maximum amount on this course, and I was treated poorly and was told the best they can do is charge me £250.

I write this review in hopes of helping someone else.

It’s expensive, not worth the money

If you've been on any webinars with preregshortcuts you'll know that they don't lack any confidence but by joining them you won't either!
They already have the perfect combination for success which has only got better! With more resources to help your learning.
There are webinars that at times can feel long but they do contain all the things you need to know broken down into small bitesize chunks.
Live feedback sessions for you to ask any questions and cover the content again with any key parts being highlighted.
A telegram family group chat that really makes you feel comfortable to ask any questions and get any advice.
I really felt like I wasn't alone on this journey and with the help and guidance from Umar and Marvin I felt myself actually ENJOY the exam!!!! I was really touched to receive a message from Umar after my results congratulating me and asking me about my future plans which just goes to show you really are part of the family even after you qualify!

Passed on my final 3rd attempt. Joined the private course that they offer. If you’re like me and you need a very structured and focused training to get to you to pass I would recommend their private course. They literally give you everything to pass they stay on top of you making sure you know where you need to be in your knowledge. As long as you follow their structured timetable you will pass like I did. First time I did my revision according to their instructions and it got me to pass. Marvin, Georgina, Raheem, and Lisa are just amazing. They changed my life forever.

I would recommend pre-Reg shortcuts to anybody! I passed the June 2024 sitting on my first attempt and I really believe I couldn’t have done it without the team.
Firstly, their live seminars were amazing and helped me so much with not only my knowledge, but my motivation especially after work etc.
The question bank was amazing, I loved how you was able to pick your weighting and the amount of questions, some days I’d only need 10 calculation questions to top it up, so it was very helpful being able to choose.
And lastly, the mock was very very good, it gave me confidence which I’d never had before.

Pre-reg shortcuts combo course is phenomenal. Marvin has provided so many simple and memorable mnemonics that really save a lot of brain capacity, which is needed with a GPhC scope that requires so much mental capacity, due to the heavy content. Exam pass first attempt. Couldn't have done it without the clinical and maths course. Marvin's videos are very informative and helped me learn difficult concepts with relative ease. The mock exam was also good and close to the real thing in terms of difficulty. Overall would recommend to pre regs in community. I think the maths section could be improved however it was still good. Questions on the exam bank are good for revision and testing knowledge after watching lectures.

Personally I found the basic plan more than enough supplemented with support from my training provider, so don’t worry about spending loads on training courses!

I would recommend this course to all trainees who are going to sit the Pre-registration exam! They give you all the information you need in their videos and the energy they bring makes it easy to remember what they’re teaching! I did buy the private course also, which I would definitely recommend if you struggle to study in your own, as the staff really go the extra mile and motivate you so much. Really appreciate the whole pre-reg shortcuts team, it was worth every penny!

I passed my GPhC exam thanks to the course provided by pre-reg shortcuts. The clinical notes written by Marvin are very accurate and focused on the right areas of the BNF. The mnemonics are also superb! Georgina's OTC, MEP and calculations slides are well written and her live sessions were very engaging, she is full of so much energy even after probably having a long day at work. Finally, Umar's work behind the scenes to create the question banks and workshops has been very helpful! Thank you to the tutors who helped me this past year it has been amazing!! I didn't join the private course, but anyone struggling to retain information or needs motivation you should definitely buy it, it will all be worth it!
