This is the best course ever!!! I was so lost before as I didn’t know how to start revision. I would 1000% recommend this course for anyone wanting structure to their revision and Marvin gives some fun tips and mnemonics to memorise content for the GPHC exam. For the clinical exam I only made notes from the webinars and didn’t feel the need to even look into the BNF. The webinars are recorded so you can watch them in your own time however many times you want.

For anyone who is starting their pre reg training I would definitely recommend this course; it’s the best thing ever I spent my money on and it’s worth it!!! I passed on my first attempt with this course only.

I honestly don’t know where to start. Marvin and Umar have been an absolute god send! I have just passed my pre-reg exam on my last attempt and it would not have been possible without pre-reg shortcuts. I don’t usually write reviews but this course has been an absolute game changer!

After hearing numerous recommendations about the pre-reg shortcuts course, I enrolled and was blown away with how amazing it was. You are taught EVERYTHING you need to pass both papers, LITERALLY! I have a first class honours mPharm degree but would be constantly mind-blown but how much new knowledge I would learn from the weekly webinars.

I also enrolled onto the MEP course, which is taught solely by Umar. It simplifies and highlights exactly what you need to know for the exam. Every single MEP question that came up in the exam was covered in this course. Umar has an incredible talent in making things so fun to learn and super easy to remember. 100% would recommend the MEP course! It’s an absolute must, I truly mean it.

For my previous attempts I was enrolled on to a monthly course (won’t mention the name of it), chosen by my tutor which cost over £1000. Looking back on that course, I know exactly why I had failed.

Pre-reg shortcuts is an absolute, absolute bargain for what they provide. Hand on heart, I’d have happily paid multiples of what they charge as they’d still be worth every single penny.

When I enrolled with pre-reg shortcuts I was absolutely amazed by the hours of learning you are given. Once everything is covered, Marvin and Umar carry on with the sessions and keep trying to help you more and more. You are invited to a private telegram group which feels like being part of a big family. They are so supportive and caring, it’s unreal. Even after you sit the exam, their support does not end, and you never feel alone (something that happened to me before joining this course)

The live webinars are all recorded, which works perfectly if you have family/work commitments (or in my case a crazy toddler) and want to watch the webinars at a time convenient for you.

Without Marvin and Umar, there was no chance I would have ever passed. Thank you so so so much for everything you have done for me. I 100000% recommend pre-reg shortcuts and wish I’d known about them earlier, as I’m sure I’d have passed on my first attempt, no doubt.

I’m an Oversea trained pharmacist (Nigeria) , coming to the UK I was amazed to how the curriculum was more clinically oriented.

I knew I would need help to pass my Pre-reg exam so I signed up for 3 different revision providers including Pre-reg shortcut after the first 3 months of using all providers. Pre-reg shortcuts became my go to resource to create my notes and for reference especially for all high weighted chapters.

Marvin and Umar have a brilliant combo course that fully covers everything you will need to know to help you pass your clinical and calculations papers for the GPhC exam. Highly recommended!!! Recently passed my registration exam! Great thank you to Marvin and Umar for all their hard work. I was completely lost with my revision before I signed up for preregshortcuts. They helped me to organise my revision plan and focus on important things. Marvin and Umar are both great, their teaching methods make it so fun and easy to remember. I really found them useful and I can say I mainly used them for my whole revision and RPS. The telegram group also I found it very useful, everyone supporting each other and sharing study materials. I found the scheduled daily quiz 2 weeks before the exam so useful, it helped me to test my knowledge, recall things I’ve learnt and learn things which I’ve missed. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with preregshortcuts and will for sure recommend to others.

This course was amazing!! Before I started my revision I was so confused once I opened the BNF - I didn’t know where to start. I remember trying to read cardiovascular chapter, arrhythmias and I was totally baffled, confused and demotivated because I didn’t understand what I was doing . I was actually trying to learning the whole chapter - didn’t know what part was important/relevant to the exam. Then I bought the course & I promise you it changed my entire revision. It provided a structure, made it so much easier to understand, Marvin’s fantastic mnemonics to remember everything was absolutely amazing. If you want to pass the pre-reg exam I guarantee you this course will provide the structure, support and understand, particularly for the clinical part. Start your revision early (so you have enough time to do pastpapers) attend all the live sessions just listen and understand the live sessions, then make notes when you watch the replay videos. Keep watching the videos until you understand and have learnt off by heart. The calcualtions were good, some questions even came up in the exam - and if I didn’t watch Umars video I wouldn’t have known to answer it. The MEP course makes the Law revision a walk in the park. Make sure you secure the MEP and Cals early start of the year (jan/feb) so you have enough time to cover clinical and pastpapers. Great course, highlights all important area not just for the exam but also as a pharmacist. It gave me the confidence that i need to be a pharmacist. Marvin is very motivated, inspirational and i never felt 2 hours when i attended the live sessions.

The best course, literally could not have passed without it, would 1000% recommend! The slides are detailed, but highlights what is very likely to come up in the exam which is very helpful. I passed my registration assessment at first attempt with a score of 34/40 in maths and 100/120 in clinical. I can hand on heart say I used the MEP course, combo-course and private course that preregshortcuts offer and relied almost solely on these resources to help me pass my gphc exam. I am so grateful to preregshortcuts for supporting me through this journey and the other trainees in their family group chat that supported me when I was struggling. Pre reg shortcuts is amazing! Marvin and Umar are great at teaching and ever to motivating and energetic - I have NEVER had a dull moment with attending their sessions. GENUINELY WOULD NOT HAVE PASSED BOTH MATHS AND CLINICAL without pre reg shortcuts. I did not even open the BNF once! I also joined the MEP course which was amazing everything you needed to know was on the course and it was very condensed and easy to follow. Maths was very good too and I really loved the practice maths paper that had very detailed workings when explained by umar. The clinical content taught by Marvin was excellent. Everything that came up in the exam was defiantly learnt from the course. There were also very condensed nots and very easy to follow and understand. It was not at all boring like the BNF and I really enjoyed learning the content! I passed both papers with a strong high mark and would have never passed without pre reg short cuts honestly. I really recommend the course and it was really worth my money, not only that the telegram group has helped also keep my hopes and everyone was very helpful in answering my questions and sharing past papers etc and I felt supported and motivate by umar and Marvin throughout the year!

I signed up in may 2022 for the June exam and within a month and a bit learnt so much useful information that was targeted and important for the exam -when I was doing the clinical paper in the exam I found it easy because of the targeted learning and pointers given In the pre reg shortcuts lectures. For almost all the questions that came up in the clinical paper I could remember learning the information in one of their lectures. The BNF is vast and quite frankly a bit ugly to revise from - but this course makes it’s easy AND enjoyable to learn- so many memory techniques , mnemonics and jokes you will be laughing most of the time I promise and you will memorise things easily. This course is gold I don’t know why it’s not endorsed by the GPHC - big thanks to the owners- Marvin and Umar for investing so much in this course - believe me that £400 or so asking price is actually nothing compared to the content you receive
You also get free access to their telegram support group which has so many recent mocks and revision resources.
The two guys who own pre reg shortcuts are so genuine and helpful - you will never find a course where you will be on a group chat with the owners who are always available to help
During the awful exam fiasco in June 2022 Marvin and Umar really went out of their way to support students arranging protests communicating with the GPHC and supporting students mentally aswell on the group - because of their help we managed to get some results with the relentless GPHC- they are so genuine and kind and really care about the welfare of their students.
I actually don’t have enough words to express my gratitude to them - really is the best pre reg course out there- big thanks for all the help and support and a course that is actually targeted and reflected in the exam
