Great customer service, and competitive prices

Such a good idea to offer a sample, for colour and texture it's vital. It was delivered so quickly too, and personal follow up. Excellent customer care.

Good selection of products and fast service.

Heavy duty ceiling hangers are great, they look like they can’t support much but I was pleasantly surprised at how much weight they can hold. I would thoroughly recommend these and to remove them leaves no mess either, which is an added bonus!

I'd been trying to source some strong double-sided tape for a craft project (to stick satin strips to pvc) and came across Presco during my website search.
I did notice that they offered a free online sample service but I emailed them instead to ask which of their range would be most suitable (rather than request a sample of everything). I received a reply from Claire within a couple of hours with two suggestions, and a link to the online sample service. Two minutes later I'd ordered the samples, and they arrived two days later.
Ultimately the tape wasn't exactly what I was looking for but, nonetheless, I have been extremely impressed by this company and how easy it has been to do business with them.
