Be very careful dealing with this company. I never completed their application requirements as I determined I didn't need. They have charged my credit card over $1000 for which I have received absolutely no benefit.

The customer representative, it was so nice that I actually have a whole team of advocates to help me through the paperwork. Answer my questions even if they're really silly to reassure me that not stupid. Just uninformed or uneducated. She expressed such empathy for the situation that I am in

Consumer beware!
I was charged $249 plus $199 quarterly to be enrolled in Lily Cares PAP. Lily provides the medication at NO CHARGE. I changed and enrolled directly with the manufacturer. The fees and subscription charged by Prescription Lifeline are administrative only. Lily’s enrollment is valid for a year with automatic prescription renewals. There Is nothing administrative that needs to be done other than completing the paperwork initially. Nothing on a quarterly basis. I learned to work with the manufacturer directly. Working to receive a refund.
