Honestly - I was expecting pre 12 delivery and 3.30pm sat here still waiting. No means of actually speaking with Press anymore. I waited in same on Tues and when the delivery finally arrived it had to be binned as warm.
I thought I'd give Press a second go but nope. Never again.

I want to give a very honest review. I have mixed feelings about Press after my experience using them for 4 weeks. I did a one week juice plan, a one week soup and juice plan and I am now midway through a two week healthy eating plan. Other than a slight headache the first evening of week 1, I felt really good, not hungry as expected, not too sloshy as I feared. Week 2 was also good. Was actually on less calories with the soups too and they were a great addition. Really enjoyed despite the hot weather. I cannot really knock the food in the healthy eating plan. The food is lovely! So tasty and good variety. Fresh and not processed tasting yet convenient to cook. I have now lost 9kg within 3 weeks which is impressive.

I would suggest there is not a huge attention to detail when the order is packed. I hate onion and specifically chose (great that I had a choice I thought) 7 days of olive legume thins, not onion. However, I ended up with only onion for 7 days...yuck! Also, I would definitely arrange to be in when the boxes arrive. They come with flimsy ice packs (not even environmentally friendly as plastic) that have melted since they were packed the night before. Not being in the fridge much longer, the whole order would spoil!

This is where my biggest disappointment with Press came. The orders are expensive, and I booked my orders on Mondays to be delivered on Saturdays, I thought giving plenty of time for the delivery would mean they would be right. Week 1 and 2 were fine. However, when it came to week 3, they were out of one juice product and instead of just substituting it with something else, hung onto my order until Monday and did not give me much time to change this. This meant, after two weeks of cleansing, I was looking forward to food and had nothing ready for me. This really disrupted my plan. Also, I work on Mondays and no one is in until the evening. I had to take a whole Monday morning off work to wait for the delivery which did not arrive until Monday lunchtime. Another morning without food.

There was no customer service to help over the weekend. I finally got support on Monday morning. Despite being slow support (no number to call, just a chatbot on Whatsapp before a real person reads your message) the support was helpful when I got it. They gave me a £20 voucher for another time to make up for the delay and they promised me that my next delivery (week 4) would be on Saturday as arranged.

However, at 4pm on Friday (little time before they close their customer service), I was told that "due to logistical reasons" delivery would be two days late again! I can't take more time off on Monday, if the box gets left outside my flat, it will be spoiled by the time I get there because of the flimsy ice packs. Unfortunately, I will therefore have to ask for a refund for the box and so hope this will be given.

I planned to stop after 4 weeks anyway. I feel benefits but want to add more exercise now and the protein levels of my plan are not sufficient. I was impressed with the weight loss and ease of it all and thought I might use the voucher they sent me for a reset at another point, but I would honestly avoid Press in the future. It is expensive and you expect better customer service for the price you pay.

I’ve been really impressed with PRESS. The quality of the juices/shots is noticeably different from supermarket alternatives - they taste fresh and clean. The ordering process was easy, delivery was reliable, and the packaging felt really premium while still being practical. Great range of flavours and love that it’s a convenient way to add more fruit and vegetables into my routine.
PRESS feels like a brand that really cares about the details, from the products themselves to the overall customer experience. I’ve become a repeat customer and would happily recommend them.

Honestly the products were not the issue, however when you have an issue, a missing product, an incorrect product, and issues with allergens, they are ridiculously slow or don’t answer at all, the customer service department are shocking. 3 emails over 5 weeks, no answers and a request now to have all details deleted due to my experience in line with GDPR data deletion requirements. So overall even though the product tasted ok, the overall experience and hassle they caused by far outweigh the positives. Ignoring issues does not make them go away, they escalate.

Recommended by my dietician after gastric bypass surgery. I wouldn't feed these meals to a dog.

Meals arrived with one ice pack that was mostly melted so the packaging was soggy. The packaging itself seems designed by someone with zero imagination and the microwave instructions are vague and useless

For all the claims of high protein high quality meals, the chicken tastes like they found the lowest, saltiest quality chicken possible and somehow all the components of the meals seem congealed. The risotto looks like someone threw up in the bowl and left it to solidify. The meals made me feel sick and I threw the remaining ones away as I wouldn't want to subject anyone else to these "meals". Avoid

Ordered a 2 day advanced soup cleanse and 2 of the products are missing. Also one of the cooling packs has split do everything is wet through.

Ordered the a selection of the soups and meals to keep for easy dinner options. It's great none of the products have got any nasty ingredients in. Very impressed by the quality of the meals I've tried (chicken cazuela & tofu stir fry). Looking forward to trying the rest of the meals and soups.

Ordered the 2 week meal plan of soups, juices, snacks and meals and have had 7 green juices and some almonds delivered… poor!

Some of the advertised juices were missing from the 3 day cleanse pack. Multiple emails to customer services went unanswered. Plus, the juices are fairly basic, several of them were largely apple juice. I would not recommend this company or product.

So upset. I ordered a 5 day cleanse which was due to deliver on Friday last week, ready to start with a friend today (Monday). On Friday, only half the cleanse was delivered, but not even one full day, just multiple versions of the same juices. I spoke to customer services and they sent out a full replacement to arrive today (Monday) before midday. It is now 12:16, nothing has been delivered and DHL are saying they don't have the boxes. Not only have I wasted time preparing for the cleanse, but I've also been massively let down a friend. I am now seeking a full refund from Press, but so far have had no response to that request. Absolutely unacceptable.

Customer service is great! Enjoy the meals as well though wish it was easier to update choices in the subscription and receive a reminder a couple of days before hand.

Amazing experience

Excellent customer service! Shopify had automatically selected an old address and I only realised after placing the order. Press were amazing - even though it was completely my error, they sorted everything out quickly and made sure it was delivered to my correct address with no hassle at all.

Truly outstanding service, and the juices are the best too! Thank you 🤩

I have done PRESS juice cleanses before, and I really rate them!
This time around I did have an issue with my delivery but the team were quick to respond and support in a resolution for my order.
I remain a loyal customer, it is all about how companies deal with these issues when they arise.
