I've been using Prestige now for over 6 years, as both a hair extension specialist offering the hair to my clients, but also personally wearing them myself. I have a few suppliers however Prestige are by far the BEST in terms of quality, colours, stock and more importantly customer service. I recommend them to all my students who train in hair extensions with me, and have also used them at my masterclasses too.

I have been using prestige for around 7 years or more the hair is absolutely amazing I have never had any problems with hair. The quality is just outstanding. I have only ever had one problem which was delivery and was sorted asap. Alex was very helpful and amazing with me. Thank you so much for all the help and support.

Love these extensions, I have used them for years! Clients are always happy with them, long lasting, great quality and the blondes are so clean. Best blonde selection on the market.

I’m a hairdresser who has used prestige hair now for about 4/5 years. I have never had a single client that has been disappointed with the hair and all of them state how their hair extensions are the best quality/ colour they’ve ever had. Every set lasts a minimum of 12 months. The extensions are more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.

Whenever I’ve had any questions to ask prestige they’ve always got back to me within the same day and have been super helpful.

I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I experienced regarding my recent order. I placed my order , with the expectation of receiving it by next day.
However, due to significant delays in your team’s response, I will not receive my order on time.
As a result, Im forced to cancel my commitment with a client, which is both disappointing and unprofessional. This has caused not only inconvenience but also a loss of business due to circumstances beyond my control.

As a customer, I expect timely communication and efficient service, especially when it comes to fulfilling orders.

I've used prestige for a number of years and I have found their service to be exceptional. They are always happy to help with colour matching. The hair is high quality and super affordable. On occasion when I have got the wrong colour, I have had no issues returning the hair and had a full refund. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used this brand for years ever since I trained in hair extensions. No other brand compares they have a variety of hair to suit different budgets! If there is hair that is out of stock that I need I email them to ask them it is due back in and usually get a response within the same day if not the day later. I have only ever had a problem with longevity once with hair and their customer service to rectify the problem was outstanding.

With a wide variety of colours, types of extensions and lengths 12"-22" it's near impossible not to find what you need! They also always come an inch or two longer! Mid range hairs are available as well as luxury! My own set tiny wefts from Prestige I'm wearing second year now! All my customers love the quality - no matting, no shedding! By far my favourite hair supplier out there!
I’ve been using prestige for 10 years now and they are the only company that have been consistent with their quality. They have a great range of methods in plenty of lengths and shades and their blondes are some of the cleanest on the market! I’ll continue using prestige for as long as they are around!
