Poor Company Service!
I, as well, decided to try their tanning spray using their closing out sale (Buy 1, get 1). I purchased 2 of these pkgs (should be receiving 4 bottles) on January 30, 2025 only to find they sent ONE! I did reach out to the company 3 times looking for a solution, and received one generic response with “please send us more information”. I did send them more information and got tired of waiting (as it is a costly product), so contacted my credit card company. I launched a dispute and just received word that I won, and was refunded for half the amount. Please note: this is not a complaint about the product itself, this is a complaint about the company, or lack there of. Too bad they won’t fix these issues.
UPDATE: After leaving my review, Prestige Tans reached out to me to rectify the problem - we discovered there was a technical issue with their email system which is why they didn’t respond nor receive my last email. They offered to send some of their product for free to make up for the missing ones in my original order. So glad they took care of me after all, and very satisfied with the outcome.
