Nice Lord title pack
Nice Lord title pack, with various documents, unfortunately my bank, said no to changing my bank cards , as it was bought, same with the DVLA , I did open a new Hugh street bank account, showed then the documents, and rather were okay with it, so depends who you bank with , and maybe just maybe, somebody might do it at the DVLA.

Awful experience and service
Awful experience and service. Made my order with the promise documents would be dispatched in 2 to 3 days. Here we are a full week later, no documents, no tracking number, no confirmation that anything has been sent. Have sent five (5) emails to customer service and received zero response. Now having to take matter up with credit card company.

Customer service excellent
I ordered two of these and realised straight away I had spelled the name wrong, within an hour of purchase on Easter Sunday I emailed to change the spelling with no reply.
However, after Easter was over I got a reply and was able to change the spelling unfortunately the original one had already been posted but they sent the amended one out free of charge. Massive thumbs up to customer service and would highly recommend.

dvla WILL NOT recognise what they call " brought titles"
dvla WILL NOT recognise what they call "brought titles" i have gone as high as i can go and have just received a letter from dvla stating that they will not and have not put these types of titles on their licenses. when i informed prestige they said that it was up to the discretion of the dvla. banks will not except them either, they are just just expensive pretty paper.

We completely understand how disappointing it feels when an organisation refuses to update their records. Many customers, including members of our own team, have updated documents including driving licences and bank cards without issue.
However, we are always transparent on our website that acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the organisation, and sometimes even the individual staff member, processing the application. While the change of title itself remains valid, each organisation has its own internal policies on what they will or won’t update on their systems, which unfortunately we cannot control or guarantee.
We truly do appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration, even if outcomes can vary between applications.

Awful experience so far, it has been 8 working days since I have ordered and I am yet receive as much as tracking number. Parcel has not even been dispatched yet according to the order confirmation page. Would absolutely not recommend
