Top class wheel repair
John came and did an alloy repair for my wife this morning. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about what he was doing and was very particular about cleanliness and looking after my wife’s car. Highly recommended to anyone. Hard in North wales to find a good wheel repairer who has the attention to detail that John has.

Had smart repair done today, really happy with it, John explained everything as he went and did a great job, as well as being really friendly and respectful, it made a nice change to meet someone who was happy to help and actually wanted to do a good job

First class service from John
Outstanding service and experience, so glad I found Prestige. Due to a damaged wheel caused by Halfords, I am so grateful that John was scheduled to my repair. He is such a knowledgeable experienced member of the team, a real asset to the company. So much so, that I wanted to have my other wheels refurbished at the same time, he put me at ease straight away, and your other reviews speak for themselves. Tom was really helpful when discussing my requirements at head office, to agree tge refurbishment and collection details.

Really bad experience with this company…
Really bad experience with this company they came out to do a cosmetic repair was not done right then sent some one out again to see if they can sort it they sed it will need recuting and painting got the wheel back to find out it had been painted a different colour to the rest and now it will need doing again now it will have no cuts left so I've lost my last cut on my wheel which is not my fault 😡

Great correspondence very easy to deal with emailed me with what work I needed and also the price booked me in very quick and when I picked my car up one of the staff accompied me and explained what had been done and was I happy with the work done 👍

Pleased with the over all experience
Pleased with the over all experience. Expected the engineer to take longer bearing in mind he had three tyres to do. He was very polite and punctual. With regards to the job you can still see the areas repaired but at least it’s better than it was.

From booking to completion - first class service.
Easy booking process - I had a phone call within minutes of completing the online process and making payment. I was offered a home visit the next day, but opted for the first appointment that worked for my diary. Confirmation of time the day before and John the technician arrived promptly with good communication throughout. He was professional and repair was completed with care and precision. Very pleased with the result. All completed in under an hour.
