Ordered slip covers for couch and pillows. Spent $172. Never got them. Customer service kept giving me the go-around. Said they resent them; never got the so-called second set. Finally they stopped communicating with me altogether. Never got my money back either.

The covers were the worst quality and didn’t fit my chairs. I asked for a return and refund. They said no that I had bought clearance so no refund. Not true. They said they could offer me a coupon for another color. Buyer beware. This is 100% a scam. $96 of my hard earned money down the drain. They should be shut down.

They keep fobbing me off saying the orders delayed. Wont give a refund. They need shutting down as they are robbing decent people !

They sent me the wrong product two times. They do not give refunds- just say you can keep the unwanted products and offer a price reduction. This is no help when you do not want the incorrect items they sent.

Terrible company. Item ordered not delivered and now I feel it’s all a scam. Ordered in April and still not here. Company said parcel had been mislaid and if I agreed, they would send a replacement. I didn’t agree, and asked for a refund but they said a replacement had already been sent and no refund could be given. Replacement has not arrived either and despite many requests for a refund I have received nothing. BEWARE. SCAM ALERT.

I ordered a lounge cover in January.
After emails to "Ken & Jen" I have been SCAMMED of my money.

Never delivered the item, and refuse to refund my money. It has been 60 days. First, they said there was an error and it hadn't been shipped. I asked immediately for a refund instead and they ignored my request. Iy has been an additional 30 days and I have not received anything, and never even gotten confirmation of any kind that there was a replacement item shipped (no tracking number etc) and they still won't provide a refund.

Con artists, utterly fraudulent. Please do not use this company. I was fortunate enough, only to order a pair of dining chair covers and not the 8, I'd required. Nothing back from these fraudsters, It's been over a month. My own fault, I should've come on here, to read these reviews and would've known. Live and learn hey, but PLEASE, DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!!!

This company is a total fraud. Their products either never get delivered or don’t fit or the material is very cheap. The company says 30 days return policy which is a total lie. They do not honor that. The company is not even in the United States, they use a freight company. They don’t even have a phone number to reach them. Save your money and aggregations

They will not accept the returns and refund you your money back though you entitled too.

I ordered six chair covers on 13/3. Have not received any communication and no idea of when these are being delivered. The payment has been taken.Will never do business with them and will advise others to stay away from this company…

Buyer Beware. We recently bought 4 stretchable chair covers . Their face book ads show the covers have great stretch, unfortunately on receipt , they did not fit our upright chairs . I contacted their customer service requesting a return and credit as guaranteed in their ads. They advised as they were on sale i could not return them but reorder and accept their 50 % new order discount.
A second email advising the covers were too small , they then advised they have a larger version which is not shown on many of their ads . Unfortunately even the larger size would not fit the seat area of our chairs.
I tried once more to return the original covers and got the same offer of a 50% store credit and their policy re sale items are not returnable
On investigation I found in truth every item this company sells , show an inflated high price alongside a special sale price. So their offer of a guaranteed return is a totally falsehood because with all of their chair and sofa cover items on a so called Sale you will Never be allowed a return .
Buyers beware

Ordered 6 of these for dining room chairs they did not fit. Even though it states 30;day full refund this is not true. They said because it was a sale item, this was not true and was never marked final sale. I would never purchase again.

Same negative experience as others - I placed the order but never got the product or even tracking information. Their initial response was that there was a delay in manufacturing. Then they said it shipped. Now I get the exact same reply each time I email, which is they will "keep an eye on it." This has been going on for over 2 months now. This is definitely a scam company - don't order from them.

Don’t order from this fake company. Is a scam. I ordered a cover for my sofa over a year ago and I did not receive the merchandise or a refund for it. I tried to contact their “customer service” and always get a bogues answer.
