This honestly felt like a scam. I received a ticket, signed an NDA, and even went all the way to the venue. I waited for 1.5 hours, only to be told they couldn’t let me in. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. Really disappointing experience. I’ll definitely avoid Vue cinema in the future.
Epic waste of time. Signed up for a free viewing in London. They do warn you that they slightly oversubscribe to ensure a full cinema. ‘Slightly’ is a massive under exaggeration - there were literally hundreds of people who did not get a seat as the cinema was almost full even one hour before the movie start time. I was told in the queue by their staff that they were looking for a very specific demographic for the film - but if that be the case, why not promote that on the questionnaire and only invite people who meet that criteria? Why invite them to the event? Stood there for over an hour only to be told they were fully booked and that we would all be sent away again. Not sure why they couldn’t also do a head count as they went and be real with people about how many seats were actually left. Just an incredibly poorly organised event. Not worth the free movie ticket - and certainly not worth not getting the free movie ticket! I would never do this again and I do not recommend.

The Venues Are Always Exceedingly Warm And If You Get Asked To Stay For The Focus Group They Say It's Only Going To Be 20 Mins, However The Last Time Was My First Focus Group And It Was Just Under An Hour For A £10 Gift Card, No Offer Of Water Or Anything During That Period!
