This outfit sucks. You pay $14 USD a month
Then if your marketing company has used Bots without your knowledge they cut you off & Blank your Account without any proof of such a Violation.
I was using MediaMister.com - I'm not denying that they had obviously used manipulated streams however they promote themselves as Organic. Yes I understand & I did see this Spotify message in my back office however it was only noticed recently & you could of sent a personal alert instead simply wiping my account off the face of the planet. I haven't set up my Bank details in the Priam app & not all streams will be Artificial over the 4 months of my tenure. I also had problems with Priam Digital keep Copy-Righting my Youtube Channel several times & even after speaking with your rep Zerina Beguon I was still being sent Notices. You don't even keep Records of your own Artists for your partners Merlin to cross reference.
Secondly, I'm not in control of the Business Media Mister.com who I paid for the Spotify playlists. If this is against Spotify TOS then why do Spotify allow these companies to operate. All Spotify playlists charge a fee. Nothings for free in this Business most Artists don't Tour regularly so there's no way to be seen or heard other than using a Marketing company who can place you into Spotify playlists.
How do you expect an Artist to earn a Living without utilising any Marketing services - Your music doesn't just get known or heard.
Priam Digital & Spotify are living in a dream world.
You simply blame the Artist when its not their fault.

As explained previously, we cannot continue working with artists whose actions put our company and other clients at risk.
Your account data shows significant unnatural spikes in streams. You can verify this yourself in your Spotify for Artists account, where you will also see the “fake streaming” notification. This activity indicates the use of bots or other artificial means to boost plays, which violates streaming platform policies and our agreement.
Our role is to host your music and support your career’s growth through legitimate means. We cannot do this while you attempt to manipulate the system.
Since you have chosen to address this matter publicly, it is important to clarify that the termination of our business relationship is due to the detection of artificial streaming intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Recently, we detected clear evidence of artificial streaming activity on an account we managed. This violates platform policies and our own commitment to fair and organic artist growth.
As a result, we have ended our business relationship with that artist. Our priority is protecting our roster and ensuring that all streams represent genuine listener engagement.
