Every time I shop at Priceline Burwood…

Every time I shop at Priceline Burwood store, I consistently receive great service. The retail assistants are incredibly helpful, especially when I'm in a hurry to find a specific product. Their efficiency and friendly demeanor make the shopping experience enjoyable, and I appreciate the consistent level of service. I highly recommend this store for their attentive and helpful staff.

Horrendous, abhorrent customer service

Product didn't arrive - but the worst experience was ringing the store (Penrith) and speaking to the most aggressive, rude, hostile staff member I have ever had to talk to. I got no explanation and she hung up on me!!! Such a repugnant experience - and no product.

bad experience order online

I order online and my full address was clear, the delivery go to far distance post office and now i will need to collect and this is need far distance driving.
I contact Priceline pharmacy costumer services to complaint, they said they cannot do anything about it.
I contact Australia post office they said when they received the delivery there is no full address on the pack and this is why the delivery go to post office. for sure will not buy again from unprofessional place.

If there was no stars that’s what I’d rate my visit to Priceline Bankstown. Waiting in line to get served the only one cashier, too busy having a conversation with her friends about her uni & courses etc & totally ignoring us I thought any minute she would say to her friends excuse me & serve us BUT NO!!! After which I asked was she serving or just there for a chat to which she replied I was rude for interrupting her!!! Will never shop at this store ever again!!! Rudest staff person I’ve ever encountered!!!! Also like to mention I’m 70years old with a severe back injury.

Terrific customer service

On Friday 19th May 2023 I purchased Gastro-Stop 12 capsules for $7.99 from Priceline Pharmacy Lilydale but they charged me $9.99 on my card by mistake so on Wednesday 24th May 2023 they refunded the $2 back onto my card over the phone so save me going in there.

My daughter was over from UK and was shopping for some aftershave for her partner and saw some in a case marked up at $69.99 when we asked about it the sales person opened the case slid that price out the way and said its $99.99? Not very professional as any price changes should've been made prior to the store opening on the day

Priceline Pharmacy Eastgardens - JUST RUDE!

My membership will testify that I am a frequent customer of Priceline Pharmacy but I will never go back to the new store in Eastgardens - rude doesn't even cover it! I took a lid of a cream to smell it etc (I know, my bad) but I did not expect the abuse and very loud attempt at total humiliation that I received from a team member called Ramona. She definitely needs to learn how to talk to customers, there are ways of saying things without being so very very rude and aggressive. She snatched the cream away from me and continued her harassment of me at the counter to the other team members as loud as she could so the whole store could hear, as I said, going for total humiliation and embarrassment. I had not said a single word until that point, even then, I kept it polite - unlike her. I don't recommend Priceline Pharmacy Eastgardens, horrendous experience!

The store at Priceline Morayfield…

The store at Priceline Morayfield (Michael Ave) deserves ZERO stars for inefficiency, incompetence and rudeness! They have 20 or so attendants standing around looking bored and only one pharmacist on, with a store FULL of customers waiting. I had to wait over ONE HOUR for my script! When I finally got my script, the attendant belted out a big yawn in front of me, like it was done on purpose! Their excuse is "Oh, we are short staffed". Seriously people, if it is such a s**t job then look for a new one, and don't make customers pay the price for your lack lustre performance. A dismally pathetically run store. NEVER GOING BACK!

Extremly satisfaction from excellent job farmacy Broadbeach QLD staff Isabel (hope I write her name right) 8.09.22 I have new prescription and unfortunately doctor made mistake with dosage Pharmacy worker was so attentive and told me that need confirmation from doctor She was contacting doctor office on my behalf and finally everything was solved She is doing excellent job and really care for health of patients I am so grateful to her and cannot thanks enough!!!

Went to go exchange an item and was told the manager would be coming to exchange it. Was not told anything and waited around the store for 20 mins just to be faced with the manager accusing us of stealing. My friend had the receipt in her, whilst holding her jacket, headphones and drink so she put the mascara and jacket close to each other on her other hand. The manager said we apparently grabbed two mascaras off the shelf and when we asked her to show us this footage she apparently couldn’t/didn’t have to. Me and my friend told her that if you look at nearby store cameras you can see me take my receipt and mascara out my bag then hand in to my friend they then went away to review more camera footage. 10 minutes later a complete different manager comes over and said she’d ‘give us the benefit of the doubt’ and exchange it but what we did was wrong apparently. After we left we realised we deserve an apology from the manager that accused us of stealing. (later found out when we had asked these coworkers had overheard and were laughing at us) The manager had apparently left the store and no coworker new where she was so we spoke with the supervisor and said we felt we were spoken down on heaps. We explained to the supervisor that the manager had not let us defends ourselves and would keep cutting us off when we were being nice just trying to explain our situation. The lady ended up saying she apologised on her behalf but the staff was giving dirty looks to my friends out the store. Don’t go to this disgusting ass store man lol

I'm happy to say that since they opened…

I'm happy to say that since they opened shop and over many years of shopping as a customer of Priceline Seven Hills that the Pharmacists and staff have always been very helpful and friendly, even when I may have asked some obvious or silly question their response was always respectful and courteous.

My wife and I recently booked for our Covid booster and the procedure went smoothly with friendly attentive care from Sandy.

Great experience in store today

Great experience in store today. The lady behind the counter was so good at giving advice about my daughters sudden illness and suggested we'd go to the doctor and lucky we did. One xray later we found out the poor thing has pneumonia. Thank you Priceline!

Awful Service.

This pharmacy in Capalaba in Queensland,has managed to provide the worst service I have ever encountered. My daughter was collecting a Prescription of Penadeine Forte for my wife. My wife broke her spine in an accident and needs regular pain relief. The Pharmacist made quick assumption that we were somehow obtaining these prescriptions illegally and questioned our integrity because the prescription was obtained by 2 different doctors. The pharmacist didn’t even check that both doctors in question work at the same surgery.
My daughter felt so belittled being accused of being a drug addict.
I will be calling this establishment to let them know how I feel.
If possible I would give them zero stars.
DO NOT ENTER THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I have spent every night on this…

I have spent every night on this vacation calling Priceline because they are charging me for a hotel reservation that when I arrived electricity was out so they could not check me in... Priceline cannot get a hold of the hotel so they are charging me for it! Same trip... I rented a car in a different country, and when we showed up to the car rental place there was nobody there to give us our rental car. Guess what Priceline is doing? Charging me because they said the car rental place was not open on a Saturday and that I should have gone on Monday to pick up the car rental. WHY THE HECK DID THEY ALLOW ME TO RESERVE A CAR ON SATURDAY IF THEY ARE NOT EVEN OPEN ON THAT DAY?!?!?!?! Plus now we are 40 minutes away from the airport, and their idea of common sense is that I should have to pay for Saturday and Sunday for a car when the rental company was not even open (yet allowed me to make the reservation nonetheless.) So now after being on the phone for 30 minutes with Priceline they let me know they cannot reimburse me until they get a hold of the car rental company, which surprise surprise I was unable to do when I called there customer service (Fox rental / Europcar). I have literally used Priceline hundreds of times and have never had issues like this until the past three or four months. They get that money from these reservations and they make it a pain in my butt to get reimbursed If the company does not come through from me. Come on Priceline. Be an advocate for your clients. I am happily switching over to hotwire.

Seniors are supposed to be able to get free RAT test kits.
I went to the North Rocks store to get some kits. There were Kits available to the check out for sale. I went to the dispensary to get some but I was told that they would take my seniors health card details as the kits would be in possibly on Friday, but if I wanted some then I would have to purchase them.
So its profit before age.

Discriminatory, makes up its own rules

Flouts the law and does not allow people to enter if they don't have a smartphone. I am double-jabbed and forgot to bring my phone (a very rare occurrence for me). I just wanted to go into grab a hairdryer. Yes - check-in is mandatory, and I would have happily shown photo ID, and they could have taken down my details. But a blonde woman at the counter stopped me and said, 'You have to check-in.' 'I said, 'I've forgotten my phone, actually, but I can show photo ID.' She said, 'Sorry, we can't..' I thought..'Why? It's not a restaurant, and I'm not going to sit or anything.' I went home and looked up the NSW rules. It says on the NSW.gov.au website that even unvaccinated people are allowed to enter medical or pharmaceutical supplies (for example, chemists). So Priceline Pharmacy Lavington made up its own rules about entry. Absolutely ridiculous. I have asked them to delete my membership. Great job, PP staff - let's all be horrible to each other and continue to see the deterioration of Australia.

No communications, no order shipped.

Two weeks since the order was placed, no communications, no items sent - it's like it went into a bottomless pit.

Only the original order confirmation letter exists, they don't respond to anything.

Really not recommended!

Improving the website search for click and collect would be awesome!

I love Priceline so much and I often order online with them. I’ve had a couple of wrong items arrive in the past but they’ve fixed it up and swapped them for the right things. BUT they need to improve their click and collect function and store stock search function. Chemist Warehouse has a brilliant system that is so easy to use. I want Priceline to have a similar system to make it more user-friendly on their customers. I would always prefer to visit Priceline if only I could easily see which stores had what I wanted!

It’s been a year... and I STILL haven’t gotten my online order!

I ordered something online in March 2020 and never received it. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times yet never received a reply. Ever. It’s now March 2021 and I’ve reached out to them again after I was going through my emails and found my order confirmation. Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely scammed me.
