My Husband's initial appointment was for earwax removal which turned out to not be necessary. A hearing screen test picked up a deficiency and a further more detailed test showed that he would benefit from hearing aids. Suzanne was friendly, reassuring, clear and informative throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the service he received from the start and we are reassured the friendly team will be there for support should he need it in the future. We would highly recommend Pride Hearing.

Great service. Becky looked after me and I felt confident that she was experienced. Very friendly staff, clean premises with parking right outside. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Initially everything went well but when I asked to return the hearing aids and receive a refund it all changed. I had to have more appointments and continue wearing the aids. In my case the aids didn’t help in the locations where I had difficulty hearing and they aggravated the eczema in my ear.
Finally I drove to the Derby office to give the aids back and was told 30 until a refill might be paid. Now 34 days and no word.

Having come back from a recent holiday in excruciating pain, I booked in to have my ears checked at Pride Hearing. Becky my Audiologist has been absolutely amazing in her care. She reached out to me before my appointment to help understand my symptoms and then took great care in her examination and treatment of my blocked ears. Unfortunately I've been referred on for further treatment but had it not been for her support and guidance, I would have been 10 X as stressed. I was offered an additional follow up which I had today and once again, she's has been welcoming, kind and professional as always. Booked an appointment with pride hearing due to having some dizziness issues and 2 days later I was in and getting sorted. Also they managed to squeeze my wife in at the same time for a quick health check.

Such a 5 star service from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. From booking to treatment, the service was friendly, professional and efficient. Great communication. Becky was brilluant and so caring and gentle. I felt that I was in expert hands. I have had microsuction elsewhere and it was a dreadful experience. I couldn't believe the difference. I won't go anywhere else now. The premises are also easy to get to with parking!

Becky is a star, she vacuumed a 6mm plug of wax from my one of my ears and worked hard to clear the other one, now it feels good.

So, I was really struggling in both ears with wax build up which eventually led to me being almost deaf in both ears, I'd tried all the drops and everything to no avail. After waking up with very little hearing I phoned Pride Hearing hoping that they would be able to fit me in on the same day, unfortunately they were fully booked, however I had the good fortune to speak to a staff member called Katie. She said she would do her best to fit me in and would call back if she could do so. Half an hour later she phoned back with an appointment, she said that she would be doing the treatment herself.

I arrived at the allotted time and Katie was waiting, I was straight in, Katie was very pleasant, very professional and she explained the whole procedure. She even showed me inside both ears by means of a small camera linked to her smart phone. The wax build was very clearly visible.
Katie then set about removing the wax, first using a suction tool which was only successful on the one ear because the wax was very soft, after then clearing the other ear she went back to the 'soft wax' ear with a water wash, that did the trick. Both my ears are now perfect, it's such a euphoric feeling after struggling for so long!

I honestly cannot praise Katie enough, a lovely young lady who was very pleasant and extremely professional.

Excellent service, got seen even tho they was fully booked. After close examination, my ears were both blocked due to being a DJ for many years, and now working in Town DJing working in between loud speakers. Wax had built up over time. I started struggling having conversations with people. So I contacted Pride Hearing to see if they could take a look, and i am.so glad i did.
Katie was very professional from the start and explained every step of the process as she carried out the trea
tment. Which made me feel more relaxed.

I visited Pride Hearing due to sudden hearing loss in one ear. I saw Suzanne who was incredibly kind, thorough and reassuring throughout my appointment. Although she wasn’t able to sort the issue (as it required a referral to ENT at the hospital), Suzanne put together a detailed report which I was able to share with my GP and was so helpful. I would really recommend Pride Hearing for their fantastic customer service and genuine care.

Fab service by Becky, will definitely be returning, bonus being able to book for a same day appointment!

I could tell hearing from my left ear was not as good as my right ear,went to Pride Hearing,and saw Kerry,she explained the procedure in a clear,confident and extremely friendly manner,she showed me the wax on my ear drums,and the results after the suction( painless)it was amazing,and hearing was fabulous,thank you Kerry I will definitely see you again.
