I have had 2 home sessions, 1st with Johnaton on7/04, & 2nd on 17/04with Zivile. Both were so excellent. They explained all information clearly & ensured I fully understood.
Zivile is excellent at her job. Both her knowledge and gentle personality gave me assurance that I could manage the 2 new hearing aides fully.
I am a retired Doctor and I know how important it is for the patient to understand etc.
I may relocate to ROI before the end of the year and Zivile explained how to ensure the service will continue for me there.
I could see Zivile suitable for promotion in her career because for all the suitability I have mentioned.
I have not previously known about your organisation and service. I am most impressed with it. Many thanks.

Fast efficient staff on the telephone got me booked for a hearing test at home. Staff kept me informed of a delay to the appointment time - due to traffic- Stephanie is lovely- gentle and patient- she took the time to listen and answered all of my questions fully.
Exactly the same for the hearing aid fitting. Supportive and encouraging- clear instructions as to using the app. Hopefully the tinnitus will decrease with the hearing aid tinnitus button. Thank you all round!

Excellent customer service and Suzanne extremely helpful explaining process of wax removal and aftercare

I went on Tuesday after noticing I had hard wax in my ear that I could not remove. I had been seeing their adverts on social media and decided to give them a try and I was amazed at how painless and quick Becky had removed the wax. Becky put me at ease straightaway and my worries soon forgotten

My visit today was a very good experience. The receptionist was welcoming and informative. The technician, Kerry, explained everything in a clear manner and was professional but very kind and gentle. She wrote up a report for my doctor very quickly and it was in my inbox before I got back home, together with photographs of the inside of my ears. Very impressed with the service this company provided, they had appointments available quickly and with varied days/times to suit all circumstances. Didn’t need any treatment from them and none was suggested but a referral to the GP was very helpful. All I paid for was the hearing test. My daughter had visited two weeks before and needed wax removal and she, too, was very impressed with the service. Would highly recommend.

Had the lovely Suzanne today when I went in and had such a positive experience. Was a little bit nervous about the procedure, but everything went so smoothly and was so well explained. Suzanne did everything to provide a such good experience. If I ever have any problems again, I will be sure coming back!

Today I took my 7 year old daughter to see Suzanne! My daughter was very nervous and struggles with anxiety, Suzanne was kind and extremely patient taking each step at my daughter's pace. We got the wax out and gave us all of the information for aftercare. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Staff are super friendly especially the young receptionist! Very pleased I can hear again even though my wax build up was very stubborn at letting go! Defiantly recommend!

What lovely staff. I was informed what might be the issue with my ears due to no wax and giving me a referal letter for my GP. Everything was explained in detail. I would highly recommend Pride Hearing.
