I contacted prima dance wear to exchange a leotard, they advised me to reorder instead which I did but after already sending back for a exchange they reassured me that when they receive it they will just refund as I had re ordered as advised. I then received two leotards and no refund. After having to prove they had agreed to cancel the exchange they told me to send it back again for a refund which I did. This was well over a month ago since this problem started and nearly a month since they have received the return and haven’t refunded me. Please beware as email is the only way to contact them and they take such along time to reply and DO NOT refund when you have an incorrect size after a loss of over £55 including all postage for there mistake I will never go near this company again

I needed some advice on size and matching items, prima customer service was so helpful and arranged the items to be sent quickly for me. The quality is lovely and value for money above other brands. I would highly recommend for all dance wear. Thanks Prima xx

I just received a jazz costume for my daughter’s upcoming festival. So happy with the service. Quick delivery, cute packaging and it fits well.

Ordered a set online, the picture doesn’t reflect what was sent, meant to come with a skirt as in the picture but it came with briefs. The blurb did say with briefs but many people would assume this particular colour would come with the skirt as per the picture. Sent it back and it wasnt in the clear packaging and they now won’t refund the item, the clear packaging broke when opened so it’s just a get out clause for them to mislead and not refund. Won’t be using them again- customer service is awful too.

Prima dance wear is my daughters favourite and go to dance wear. Love seeing the Prima team at events, they are so kind, always take time to chat. Delivery’s are always quick and on time. The quality is fantastic, with a wide range of styles and colours. Nothing is to much trouble when placing an order or chatting to Prima about it.

Highly recommend Prima! My daughter loves their leotards and sets. She lives in them. We’ve never had a problem returning items and love picking up a bargain in their sale every now and again.

The selection is stunning and when I reached out for help regarding sizing and stock they were so helpful in fulfilling my order. I ordered 2 sizes to try. The company have refused to refund as they say it shows signs of wear and a stain on the crutch. The item was tried on in a bedroom whilst wearing knickers, taken off, folded, and returned in original packaging. Shame on them! Absolute lie from Prima. Obtaining money by deception? I think so. I received no explanation or photographic evidence either to prove. Use a better company would be my advice! I've been completely ripped off.**** edit.. I have been sent back the item which shows extensive fraying and looks deliberate in nature. It was not returned this way. Also, there is not a stain on the crutch on the item they have returned to me which was one of their reasons not to redund..They then say they will not refund as I haven't asked nicely. I did in fact send 3 emails before finally settling on taking pictures of the item that returned me and warning others on my IG account. Anyone who knows me, knows w wouldn't sentd back anything stained or all frayed like they said. What the heck. The items were not sent back with any stains and the pictures Prima sent were of the lycra all frayed as well?? They are dishonest and kept my money sadly.

Super fast delivery and beautiful good quality costumes. Great costumer service and sorted out my problems straight away!! Definitely recommend buying from here. I’ve got a few costumes from prima now and they are most definitely my favourites. Can’t wait to order again😊

I have ordered a few things over the years from Prima Dancewear for my daughter and the delivery is always fast. If I have any queries I always get a quick response from the team. The dance wear is always beautifully made, comfortable and at an affordable price. I will 100% be ordering more things from this great brand for my daughter.
