Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They sell you three months with the first order than ship another two months two weeks later and charge 100.00 for the second shipment. How in the world would anyone go thru three months worth in two weeks and then need another two months worth. They are just using subscription to generate revenue on their whim. When I confront them. They basically said too bad. No offers other than 40% off my next order. And the product itself. Absolutely worthless. It does nothing.

If I could, I’d give them a zero. All I get is the run around. Even after this post, they will blame it on postage and USPS and say email them to resolve it. Definitely who will never order with them again and will file a formal complaint.

Updated: I ordered primal storm ….
Update to the update: I received the package today my husband will let me know how he feels taking it, I paid 115.30 cents for 3 months plus a travel case plus an ebook. Although with all the communication errors I got a refund, and was asked to take down this review I offered to fix my review instead which is what I’ve done and what I’m doing. I did receive the 3 months but the travel case is missing and ebook(though I am not caring too much bout the ebook) wasn’t sent. So for those who are paying the “extra” money for those free things (which was buy 2 get 1 free with free travel case and free ebook) buyer beware. You probably will only get the supplements. It took over 2 weeks to arrive when it says 5 to 8 days
Update: Primal Storm did reach out after I made this review and refunded the full amount then requested I take down the review, and that the purchased items are still coming (which I’ve still yet to receive). I will update again if the items do come and will happily change the rating to a higher rating. The reviews are about transparency and honesty so that’s all I’m trying to do is be honest with y'all about the company and what I’ve been through.
I ordered primal storm for my husband on march 31st, 2026. Not only have I not received the package from them it has not even left where the package got the label. I really do believe it’s a scam, I requested an update or a refund and I have gotten neither even though they promised to get back within 6 hrs it’s been 24hrs now with not a word and I keep getting spam/marketing emails saying “your package is halfway there” or “your package is almost in your hands in 5-8 days” that one was 2 days ago. Do not do not do not believe or purchase from this fake company!!!!! I’ve ordered other type of supplements from other further companies that I got 2 days later. So I don’t believe this is a real company. I will leave this review everywhere I see this company posting until I get my money back or I get what I paid for!
