The ordering process went well, however the shipping was off key. The shipment left the west coast to travel to the east coast. I live 2 hours south of the shipping destination on the west coast. I could've had my order 5 days earlier had they paid attention to the destination zip code. 😳😳 With all the bad weather on the east coast, I still got it and have yet to try it out.

Want to try - cant get the product delivered
I ordered my product after reading reviews and wanted to give this a try.... While the communication and marketing was great, simple delivery of the product has been the challenge. It was delayed for a several days and then today I checked and the USPS advised it will NOT be delivered due to insufficient postage. Not a great start.....
