Poor customer service until you speak to a manager, it you don't moan too much, they will keep you waiting as long as they can, really disappointed for a UK manufacturer.

We purchased a brand new Bailey caravan and was really annoyed that they could not even supply a sink plug…it cost us £1.28! We only use it in the bathroom sink and would have preferred to be white rather than black but it does the job!
