Poor communication and parts delivery
Information coming back regarding late delivery of parts by 2 months, unable to speak with anyone. Dates being given and not adhered to. Really poor service after having to pay for everything up front. Parts not available for a 3 year old vehicle. Compared to Swift who for a 16 year old vehicle supplied and delivered very similar parts in 4 working days

Not great wouldn’t sell me replacement…
Not great wouldn’t sell me replacement vinyl for my Valencia was told they recommend a registered repair workshop to install it.so now they know me and my competency levels and ability even though I could lay this myself very easily.
£60 for delivery and £41 per 1mx3m daylight robbery in my eyes .Im not buying another Bailey if they built them better in the first instance i.e protect the floors underneath I wouldn’t have to be buying it in the first place.
