They sold me 2 packages and vanished with no word! How is this possible?? Do we have any recourse? This is robbery.

They sold me a £1500 package the day before they shut shop, knowing they were going to to do this & yet the limited company, Primas Beauty Limited ,is still trading!!!. This is actually unlawful and the directors are total fraudsters! I am reporting this to the Companies House and recommend everyone who has been conned to do the same. Company number 10104206

They took my money and disappeared. This is ridiculous. I am reporting it to the police.

I bought laser hair removal mid Feb 2026 and was due for another session in two days which I wanted to reschedule but they don't seem to be in business anymore, even though on Companies House they are still active?? My bank has filed a dispute and Groupon isn't getting back to me and I'm not able to redeem the rest of the sessions now. AVOID this business!!

If you have outstanding sessions or packages, do not wait. Here is what you can do:
1. Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback (or file a Section 75 claim if you paid by credit card)
2. Report them to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133
3. Check their status on Companies House (gov.uk) to see if they have gone into administration
I have already filed a Section 75 claim and reported them to Trading Standards. The more people who report this, the better the chance of action being taken. Don’t let them walk away with our money!

BEWARE !!!! I paid for a laser treatment package last month, and now the business has closed without any notice, communication. No refund, no explanation, and no way to reach anyone regarding the services i have paid for. Very disappointing experience overall.

The company closed down after taking my money for a package deal, only having had 1 treatment. No responsibility or liability seems to be present. Clinic seems to have disappeared overnight.

Love the ladies but the pushy sales which is absolutely ridiculous in price is awful.

They have literally ruined my skin with the microdermoabrassion. I have always been very proud of my skin, always looking younger. About three years ago, I was just looking to rehydrate my skin after being exposed to the sun during my stay in a beach city during the summer. They advised that microdermoabrassion would be the perfect treatment for my skin. However, it has literally ruined my skin looking like older just 24h after the treatment. Hence, I stopped the 10 sessions combo I had paid for. Moreover, this treatment has not only destroyed my skin but increased the ageing speed of my skin. And every year this is too noticeable specially with the marked puffy bags below my eyes.
They have literally destroyed a part of myself that I have always been proud of.

I had a wonderful laser treatment at the clinic, with a very professional and friendly team.
