Ladies and gentlemen do not provide any information to this company they are not legitimate 100%. They are fraudsters what they are as they are an aggressive ghost fraud loaning company they use these types of harassment threatening tactics after you pay them or don't pay him knowing that they won't go to court because they wouldn't win if you look at the contract you sign with them they don't even sign the contract nor do they provide their business number or even contact information at all that is required at least in my province of Canada to conduct business and to make it legitimate I've reached out to the so-called Michael Adams who is listed on an email as the president for the company he does not exist the phone numbers for any of the company's information they have that's listed through their emails or website are fake they don't exist or they've been disconnected or not in service don't pay them if you got a loan from them switch your bank account information so they can't take any money out inform your bank that this is going on all their threats are lies there's nothing they're going to do they won't go to court if they try to take you to court they would lose and they know that and they'd be found out to be fraudulent fraudsters don't sweat it don't even listen to them ignore them filter your email so all their emails go directly into the trash just like they are trash I'm awaiting a court date to take this company to court and I will update the outcome because my plan with the anti-fraud Department of Canada the ministry and the court system we plan on finding out who these people really are I'm seeking the maximum $50,000 in punitive damages from the company for the harassment and the 300 plus emails I have from them demanding a payment or they're going to take action which they never do and for violating the rules regulations and my rights this company are a bunch of pieces of crap and they're Liars there's nothing legitimate about them and they can't even prove it they won't even give you a business number which is required when you ask for it it's the law so don't get along from them and if you have got a loan from them already just ignore them don't even respond or they'll just keep bugging you there's nothing they will do

Here's an update for everybody after speaking to a Michael Adams who says he's the president of the company he provided nothing to me refuse to give me his business number or license number that shows he's legally allowed to operate anti-fraud of Canada department is involved the ministry is involved do not use this company they are not legitimate their tactics are unlawful and aggressive and there are court cases going to be held about this company's actions I will update others on what goes on but as of right now there is no reason to believe at all that this is legitimate company the owner was very rude he wouldn't give me more information other than to go f myself not legitimate do not use this place at all if you have a loan with them currently don't pay them change your bank detail information and have them blocked from being able to access anything as they are scammers and refuse to prove they're not or provide details that show their legitimate

I gave it one star but realistically there are zero start everything everybody saying is completely true about this company not only do they consistently violate your rights under the consumer and collection protection act and when you pointed out to him over and over again I sent 20 emails back to them with the same information about the rights they're violating they ignore it and continue to make threats I have asked them to stop communication I wish to proceed to court so I can take all my evidence against the company to court so what judge so a judge can finally shut these losers down don't pay him a cent if you get a loan from them laugh at them just laugh it really makes them upset in fact told the guy if he wanted to get his money back he can get it from his mom for last night's services these guys are a joke I've asked him to go to court so many times that I've just decided to filter their emails to my trash folder immediately sometimes I'll look at them before I delete them just to get a laugh and respond just to get under the guy's skin a bit these guys are a joke and everybody's right you miss one payment once they start threatening you and by law especially in Ontario does it matter where they're from in Ontario you can't do what they do I've asked him to go to court they're refusing to do it they expect me to pay and to keep threatening me I asked them for their phone number they won't respond with anything but threats so go ahead everyone get along bankrupt these guys make sure everyone takes their money so they can't do anything and then when they threaten you take them to court they will lose they will lose their license soon and I will make sure of it
I figured I'd add this update I just spent the last 20 minutes sending them an email reply back to their threatening harassing emails one letter per email at a time for them to piece it together and flood their inbox with useless emails so each email only contains one letter and they have to put it together to know what the sentence says realistically it says no money for you suck it

Do yourself a favor and just don't do it. What everyone says below is true.

1000% Actually giving 0 stars for the harassment and degrading treatment from this company. Paid off loan through E transfer from a different bank account as the one the loan went through was compromised. But because they didn't recieve instantly, they tell me they never recieved it at all, accuse me of lying and fraud. That I'm immature and time to grow up, and if I don't respond to their harassment and threats instantly because I'm sleeping (message me between 1am onwards non stop) or working- they tell me to stop hiding. I sent them a screenshot for proof of the transaction sent to them in full, and claim they never got it and for me to send them more money or they'rereporting me. I told them to go ahead and I will be doung the same. Accuse me of fraud, but clearly it's them doing doing the scamming. Absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone.

The company doesn’t have the ability to improve. I have borrowed from these guys for 4 years. I recently lost my job and work part time. I offered $600.00 to settle the $800.00 debt, but they continue to pile on NSF charges and make threats. In spite of the thousands of dollars they have made from me over the years, they refuse to budge. It’s pathetic, I honestly believe they enjoy the harassment.

Hey all, go ahead and take a lian with these guys. After you miss a payment they will send threatening emails and calls. They will violate provincial laws. When they do this you don't need to pay them a penny back

I was informed that if I paid off my loan, I would be eligible for renewal. I paid off the loan, but when I applied for renewal, my application was declined. If I had known this would happen, I would not have paid off the loan and would have continued making my biweekly payments on time, as I had only three payments remaining. I received misleading and false information. When I brought this to their attention, they assured me they would address the issue and asked me to reapply. However, when I did, they again declined my application. This has been the worst experience with a loan company, and I will never reapply again!

It’s froud company even you pay off your loan after they call you for more money

Prime 500 has worst customer service experience. Their staff is always so rude and don’t know how to deal or handle the customers. Never borrow from them if you don’t want to be harassed every time a payment comes up

They harvest your info and then claim their servers are down and offer to cancel the contract. I have read similar reviews for them on scam doc and a few other sites.
