They failed a challenge then refuse to refund by claiming i’ve made an own trade on the same account. After showing fe proof then the owner promise me to replace with a new account but after 2 years of follow up, they blocked me on telegram by stating the company already got so many customer and they don’t care anymore about my refund haha. Stupid and fake trader

I would not recommend Prime Algo to anyone. The bot is heavily advertised as a "smart AI trading bot" with great risk management, but my experience has been nothing short of devastating.
After using it for three months, I have lost my life savings. The bot carries a 30% drawdown, which is extremely aggressive and far too risky for anyone treating this as a set-and-forget solution, especially when the marketing suggests otherwise.
If your so-called risk management allows for a 30% drawdown, that's not risk management , that's gambling with people's money. The advertising is misleading, and the reality does not match the promises.
Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

I started with a small amount just to test it out. After three consistent months with no surprises, I increased my capital. The system has continued to perform exactly as described, and I appreciate being able to monitor everything without having to interfere.

What stood out to me immediately was the level of support. I had a few questions during my first week, and the response time was almost instant. It didn’t feel like I was dealing with a faceless company. Performance-wise, I’ve seen consistent monthly gains and very controlled risk, which is exactly what was promised.

Let me start straight by saying this people :
I’ve tried many of these services, in which turned to be scam and also I’ve spent over 3000$ on systems that led me to loses after loses with good prop firms.
I was unsure about trying them but I did and I was a bit scared because there was a drawdown and I hate drawdown but one thing I was impressed is their risk management. All I can say is your account is safe in their hands and do as they tell you + be patient. I am currently funded with funded next + FTMO due to them and also I’ve managed to make over 92000$ through their trading rules.

I used prime algo the 1st time In order to pass my 200k FTMO challenge, and they did it in less than 20 days, I think it was a bit longer than expected but being funded by FTMO is a big victory for me even if it takes 3 months ahahaa… Thanks to the support team as well.

My advice : Be patient

I was up and running in no time, that really impressed me. I've already seen pretty consistent returns with minimal effort needed on my end. Riley (My Account Manager) is a pleasure to work with, responsive, gives me regular updates and always there when I need something.

I have started using this prime algo at may to pass prop firms and manage funded account, now I think I am more suitable to give my honest review.

I give them 5 starts not because of the passing service or management service but because they have excellent communication service and well spoken individuals whom from the hone I can already understand their wisdom towards the markets

-they will only give what you ask for and if you ask for high returns expect them to either reject you or simply not respond.
- they mostly trade forex pairs and US30
- they barely trade on Monday
- they will teach on how to pass challenges on your own
- they have well advanced AI system that prop firms can not detect even during acc management

Before trying them, know the difference between AI and EA trading.

There is a lot I would say about them but that is my true and honest experience.

I have tried so many systems and all of them failed me. tried one last time with FTMO 100k$ challenge and was shocked by the risk implemented, the algorithm really use the correct risk and trade only when there is proper opportunity in which makes it difficult for it to fail the challenge.

I think what makes the system the best is not just the ability to win but risk implemented, the system will not over risk neither gamble with it as many gurus martingale system do.

I noticed on average 0,5%-1% growth per day and with almost 0 drawdown, the trades are mostly executed during London session.

Currently funded but going for my 200k$ acc, will update y'all on how the system does.
