How the mighty have fallen. This company used to have amazing transparency. Now they have a new shipper who has the competence of a banana peel. Either they are knowingly taking money without having the bark.... or their shipper cant manage to take packages to the post office but once every few weeks.

After several back and forth emails with them telling me is will ship "tomorrow" and it not being shipped ...to it will go out as soon as possible...to asking me for my wallet address..... I still don't know what's going on.
Hopefully I get my money back but who knows.
The tracking number from my initial order is no longer valid.
I dunno, I'm kind of speechless how bad this experience has been. I'm also flexible... I would have been willing to work with them more if I just could get a straight answer.

UPDATE: After much back and forth they eventually refunded my money.
This new shipper they have is not good. Ill try again in a few months and hopefully they have everything worked out.

Website is super easy to navigate. Also, the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me figure out why I couldn't buy Bitcoin. Awesome place, will return for future business

I’m tired of this scamming us out of our money. I’ve ordered too many times to be getting gouged on one 1 KG showing they’re out of stock of any other amounts, but they’ve got 96 singles in stock. This is bullshit. I want my bulk price and bulk shipment back. Other than that, they’ve been great. They always come through on their order but please quit gouging me please

Prime Bark is a scam! After reading the reviews I thought this would be a reliable provider but I was disappointed to learn that Prime Bark is a fraudulent company after placing an order I never received. I gave them plenty of leeway but after 18 days of the package being stuck in “pre-transit”(aka never dropped off) and a lack of response from their “support team”, I’ve determined that my 250$ is gone forever. Don’t buy from these people if you value your money!

As always pretty quick delivery, and quality product , I won't buy anywhere else. Thanks prime bark! You're awesome!

Honesty, customer service, and product quality are the best out there. I've tried many other vendors. I've been ripped off. I've been sold bad bark. Not here. All is good!

I'd like to know why you're charging me 25% more for the same thing but you're not spending a few pennies more on my packaging.

My package arrived today dinged up so badly that it was just a matter of time and maybe a small twist of fate before there were holes in the bag.

Didn't you used to deliver the bags in a box and not this very thin, flimsy, poor excuse for a padded FedEx bag?

Because if you didn't you should. I'm paying you 25% more for the same thing that I bought all last year from you faithfully.

But you're not spending another dime on protecting my product when you deliver it to me.

What can be said about prime that hasn't already been said about ice cream? These guys are AMAZING! not only is the product superb, but delivery times and customer service is UNBELIEVABLE! THEY ARE SO ON POINT! don't bother with any Other bs vendor(excuse my language) you can't beat these guys bow down to the champs!

Just received my order today. Everything was packaged really well. The product so far seems better than any other vendor Ive personally tried. But what has stood out about Prime up to this point is there customer service and focus to delivering a nice ordering experience. Any questions through any part and the team there replied to my many emails with speed and thoroughness. You cant get the customer service you get from Prime at ANY fortune 500 company. A cut above the rest.

I have been really happy with this company’s customer service and their product. So happy with it in fact, I wanted to order a bigger amount while I had some extra money. That way I could stock up and get a break on the price. But when I tried to get three. I got an email from prime bark that said only one per person . So I just got one. And now I have to order again and see that they raised the price $50. I’m sure they have their reasons. It’s just kinda hard to come up with the extra 50 now.

After already getting scammed on previous order from a different company I was refered to Prime Bark. I started to my research to prevent another loss when I came across a post of theirs about "The 1st 50 people to show proof of being scammed they will send 50g for free because they hate hearing it happens so often." That post was 5 years old and yet they still upheld their promise. Not only did they send 50g free they also expedited my purchase and I received it on that Friday instead of following Monday as USPS had emailed me saying when I should receive package! Highly recommend and will be a returning customer 100%! Thank Y'all once again...
