I used assisted shopping with Prime Cargo, and as always, they delivered an exceptional experience. Their communication was stellar throughout, and they handled my order with great professionalism, care, and efficiency.
This was my second order with Prime Cargo, and I had no hesitation entrusting them with it. Their excellent service on my first order from the UK gave me complete confidence in their ability to deliver. Once again, they exceeded my expectations my order was shipped and received within just 3 working days. Highly recommended!

These guys are the real deal. I frequently ship from the US to the UK, and Prime Cargo have been outstanding every single time.
Their service is very competitive, and while you can’t directly compare them to big names like DHL or FedEx, I’ve personally found Prime Cargo to be more informative, faster in communication, and overall easier to deal with. They handle everything, including customs clearance, and keep me fully updated throughout the entire process.
A special mention to Mohamed in the UK office, he’s an absolute gem. From collecting goods from suppliers in the US to final delivery in the UK, he keeps me informed at every stage. No mistakes, no stress.
I’ve been using them for over a year now, and they’ve genuinely made my life a lot easier. Highly recommended.

After having an accident with my Audi…
After having an accident with my Audi Q3, I was referred by a friend to use Prime Cargo, in the the UK to Kenya. I honestly can’t appreciate them enough.
They helped source a replacement window and gave me both new and second-hand options. What impressed me most is their honesty, they advised there was no real difference and recommended the second-hand option, which saved me a good amount of money.
I was initially worried about how it would arrive, but everything was professionally packaged and handled. From start to finish, I was kept fully updated and didn’t have to chase anything. The item was delivered right to my doorstep without any issues.
The efficiency, customer service, and sourcing were all top-notch. Big credit to the UK office team as well, outstanding service throughout.
