I’ve been using PriMed Pharmacy for the past three months, and they’ve been wonderful. Shannon was incredibly helpful in setting up my account efficiently within a day. Since then, Naeem and his team have been a pleasure to communicate with. They always have the supplies I need, ready for same-day collection, and their next-day delivery is excellent. Their cold chain service is reliable, and their prices are often better than national competitors. I’d highly recommend them to local professionals or anyone further afield looking for efficiency and great service!

I couldn't recommend Primed Pharmacy enough, and in particular Shannon - I've used several pharmacies as suppliers before, and the customer service I've received at Primed is just amazing. My orders are always on time, communication is always excellent, and nothing ever is too much of a hassle.

Excellent communication and stock management.

I run a telehealth clinic with a focus currently on medical weight loss. Primed's systems have made integration with our own processes effortless. They have also been excellent in how they have been dealing with the continuous national supply issues of weight loss medications.

I am a Nurse Prescriber running a remote weight loss clinic. I have found the website easy to use and ordering straight forward. The only issues I have had have been with the courier service, and customer service at Primed have been extremely helpful in sorting out any problems. Will continue to use their company going forward.

I am a private clinic provider who prescribes remotely. My experience of ordering from Prime has been excellent, customer service is very quick to respond and my customers have not reported any issues with deliveries. The prices are also competitive.
The website while not the most attractive works well, and without bugs- unlike other pharmacy sites I've used.

Great experience .. answer phone promote my if u have a problem . I live in Northern Ireland and sometimes delivery can take longer but Primed are always prompt to answer or resolve an issue ..

Staff are always helpful and the pharmacy portal is very easy to utilise with imagery for products etc

I have worked as a aesthetic nurse prescriber for many years, & used several leading pharmacy's, I can honestly say primed customer service & support is better than any other pharmacy I have ever used
