Scam

Scam, SCAM & Scam!!

Nothing they tell you is true. All they do is lie to you and try to get your banking information. The guy even slipped up and asked for my banking login and then when I asked why he hung up lol. I contacted my bank as well as my lawyer just in case. But please don’t fill out nothing they send you it’s definitely a scam.

*****SCAM ALERT******

*******SCAM ALERT******

EVERYTHING the lady said above happened to me today. I received the Call Today with the (806) area code. Paperwork was already attached and yes it was sent from the Sr. Loan Officer. which is a definite LIE!!!
I located a Chris Walker and am planning on contacting him tomorrow for a signature comparison.

***SCAM ALERT***

***SCAM ALERT***

I received an email today (March 19, 2025) with a letter attached from a company identifying themselves as "Prime Loan USA". The subject line was "Call Today (806) 370-3800 ".

It looked a little shady but I thought if it was a legitimate offer it would be great but I wanted to verify it first. The email that it was coming from was Prioritys198 AT gma1l dot c0m ( I'm changing the spelling of some words because trust pilot doesn't let you post email addresses). I know this is an obvious red flag. But I really do need a loan so I thought it would be at least worthwhile to call them and ask them if they could somehow prove they were a legitimate company.

There is an actual website, primeloanusa.com , which matched the logo on the letter in the email. But also included in the email was a promissory note with the loan terms. And the individual identified as the lender was a "Chris Walker", senior loan officer.

I manage contracts for a living so I know that this was another red flag because obviously any loan agreement would be between the lending agency (not a private citizen) and the borrower.

Nonetheless, I called the number but not from my personal phone. I called from my work phone because I did not want them to have my personal phone number in case it was a scam. I reached a woman who asked me to provide my phone number and I told her that I wanted to verify the legitimacy of the company because I had some concerns about the email.

I was then transferred to "Chris Walker" himself. I repeated my concerns and he immediately became very standoffish indicating that I could verify their company and take their offer or I could leave it. He then began to read from a script. I should mention that the gentleman I spoke with was obviously of Indian descent ( no I'm not racist), but when you're calling yourself Chris Walker and it's obvious that you're reading from a script it does raise more concerns. He proceeded to tell me that my loan was approved but that an initial deposit would be required for me to prove that I would be able to make the loan payments. Obviously at that point I knew it was a scam and told him I appreciated his time and I got off the phone.

I felt it was my civic duty to warn everybody away from this company, this individual, whatever it is that they're doing....it's a scam. So BEWARE!
