Purchased an OPPO A72 Smartphone
Purchased an OPPO A72 Smartphone. I would have been pleased if the company had included some very basic instructions to get started. eg No idea how to insert the SIM. Easy once I found out but it took a phone call to another OPPO owner to find out. How to find the battery and connect. Turned out that unusually the battery was in the phone and ready to go. Why not say so. Transferring data from old phone was also very easy. That is after I was told by a friend that the OPPO had a cloning App which enabled the cross over in minutes. The whole process should have taken about 15 minutes but because I was always looking for help it all took about 2 hours. There were no instructions in the package. Why not? Finding their warrantee registration web site was not easy either, as there seemed to be too many alternative sites. Once there, it was again a few minutes to register. Now it is all working and I am, after 2 weeks quite familiar with it's capabilities, I can only say it was a very good decision to buy it. Could not be more pleased.
OPPO please remember that your products are not always purchased by high tech individuals that know their way around smart phones. Some of us are buying them for the first time.
