This is our second time using Prime Time Boiler, the first time was in our old home and this time in our new home, excellent service from the first phone call to the insulation of our new combi boiler.
So friendly and helpful and the engineer that fitted our boiler was great.
Would definitely recommend Prime Time Boilers.

This is the 2nd boiler installed via prime time in 5 years (2 different properties)
Each time no issues faultless installation. 2nd time was a knocking noise which they sent somoene out very quickly after install just to let some air out of a valve which was normal and solved the issue. . Excellent service, thankyou!
Might need you again soon for my rental in Luton! CB.

Avoid - shoddy workmanship left boiler unsafe
I had a new boiler installed by this company in March 2025. I was met with problems during the install, I was left with radiators not working during a very cold March. I tried contacting them to be told it was a weekend and they couldn’t help. Eventually the engineer came back and tried to rectify the problem. Was very unprofessional as a contractor for this company and complained constantly about not being paid by them. It took several days for the engineer to rectify the problem and ensure all I had heat in all radiators.
Fast forward to May 2026 I have water leaking from the flue have called an engineer out to check and they have highlighted all the install problems and declared that the flue was not installed safe and wouldn’t meet regulations. They have taken photos and provided a report for me. Needless to say I am shocked by the shoddy workmanship and the fact I am pot of pocket repairing faults from the installation. I have emailed them formally complaining. I don’t expect much response based on previous experience. I would not recommend this company and would not use them to complete any boiler work in the future.

Mark, was polite and very helpful. He serviced the boiler, and checked my other gas appliances, he also cleaned out one of the gas rings on my gas hob which I was having trouble lighting and works perfectly now.

We purchased and had a boiler installed from Prime time boilers. From the first phone call to the aftercare, it was all dealt with promptly and professionally.
We initially had a FaceTime call to help show the property needs and requirements. We were then advised and given options, offered a payment plan and a choice of dates to have the boiler installed. The whole process was easy, and without any problems. Communication was very good and the installation went perfectly to plan.
We Would definitely use them again.

Post installation advice....Non existent!
Had a boiler installed by Prime Time Boilers in January 2026. Was advised to upgrade as was assured that that meant that 2 showers could run consecutively with no interruptions. Since the boiler has been installed I noticed that if someone is showering and someone else turns on a tap in another room, all the pressure and heat is lost from the shower. Contacted Prime Time who have an AI receptionist taking enquiries ( no human to speak to) who advised me that someone would get back to me shortly....I then received an automated You Tube video on how to adjust the boiler ( could have looked that up myself!. Didn't solve the problem, have heard nothing from Prime time boilers. Just a warning that pre sales customer service is impressive, until you need post installation advice...basically Non-existent! Really wish I'd known this before I bought the boiler. So frustrating!

My boiler installation was flawless
My boiler installation was flawless, they arrived first thing in the morning, after a quick discussion to show where certain controls and valves were they sorted everything perfectly. I work in a maintenance roll and have high expectations, but this installation exceeded in every way. Pipework tight & straight with clean solder joints, drain offs where needed and not a spec of dirt to be found... 10 out of 10 guys ...

Handy to spread the cost but felt overcharged
PT was quick for installation and offered an interest free credit option for 6 months - perfect... however charged me 4k for a 3k job, having had several trades persons comment on the price.. Now I get too many emails for a 5 star review to win a luxury hamper and to join their service plan. Wish I had gone with a local gas fitter but I got the wife and kids that needed a warm home.. Certainly won't be using their services again in the future - Just wish some of the other companies out there offered an interest free option for payment so PT had a little more competition on pricing. That is my experience with PT.
