I would encourage others to take reviews with caution, as I believe some feedback may not fully reflect all customer experiences. I have personally shared my concerns, including evidence, but my review was removed and I was blocked from their social media after posting.

While I understand that moderation of online spaces is their choice, I will continue to share my experience and raise awareness of how tenants are treated.

#Transparency

I have worked with Primis, as the management agents of my complex, for many years now. I can honestly say that I am very happy with all the excellent staff there. I mainly deal with Bex and she is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and with a ‘can do attitude’ with all the questions / issues I put her way.

She is also very patient and professional and even though, due to my own frustrations, I previously haven’t been nice, she has continued to support me selflessly. I truly appreciate everything she has done / does for me. Thank you so much 🙏🏼. I would 1000% recommend :)

Bex is incredible - any issue I’ve contacted her with (re drainage plumbing and pumps) she’s been extremely knowledgeable about, knew the right people to get the issue sorted within 1 day (when we ourselves were told to wait for 1 month) and liaised between us (homeowners) and the professionals to keep everyone abreast of everything. Very rare can-do / problem solving / genuinely curious about diagnosing and resolving issues mentality.

We were recommend Primis from a mutual client. We contacted them for advice on a property we were looking to buy that had grounds maintenance service charges in place, as we hadn’t come across this before. Primis broke down the legal jargon and made it understandable! We would now look to Primis to take over the service charges when that becomes an option.

I recently purchased an apartment in a building Primis currently manage. I called the office and my call was dealt with quickly and effectively.
The budget was explained to me, how often the services on site took place and I left the call feeling like they do care about their customers . Thank you everyone at Primis.

We have worked with Nick, Faye and the team at Primis Property Management in a professional capacity for the last 18 months and they are a pleasure to deal with.

The team are professional, responsive, friendly and fully committed to the service they provide and are clearly making huge improvements to the properties they manage and are making a positive difference to their clients.

Nick and the team at Primis were dropped in at the deep end taking over the management of St Peters House in Doncaster as it had been mismanaged by a previous company who didn't have a clue how to run a company let alone a building. Nick has listened to us as Leaseholders and worked with the current Freeholder to rectify many issues with the building and finally we seem to be seeing light at the end of a very long tunnel, can't praise enough Nick and all the team at Primis, very professional and understanding.

The standard of management has gone up remarkably since Primis took over. Repairs are dealt with efficiently and security has improved immensely.

Primis have ensured the transition was as smooth as possible and have played a key role in driving and expediting the essential property improvements forward as well as excellent communication with all concerned.
The performance of Primis to date has been excellent and as a director of the property they are managing I highly recommend them.

Nick and Jake did a fantastic job, carried on working through a thunderstorm and persistent rain and still kept smiling, we can't thank them enough, they were excellent, would recommend them for anyone who needs work done.

In this day and age it seems sadly too common for companies to treat people as though they don’t matter.
My dealings with Primis and in particular Nick King, have been the exact opposite of that. He has gone out of his way to be helpful in finding a way forward for our small development to be managed properly. He has liaised with the developer and kept myself and the residents updated as to the progress of the estate management transfer.
If only all companies were like this.

Primis have recently taken over the management of 4 sites we provide grounds maintenance services for and I have found their team to be very helpful and eager to act upon resident concerns quickly.
Abi Sanderson is the property manager I have been communicating with, she is a great asset to their business always fast on response and very easy to work with.

Faye at Primis is always very helpful, informative and very easy and reliable to work with. She is very responsive with any questions or concerns and nothing is ever too much to ask. I would recommend Faye to anyone that is looking to work with a professional individual.

I have worked alongside Primis as a professional for the past few months. In this time i have witnessed their complete commitment to property and they have completely turned around a complex that was more than worse for wear. Tis as been commented on by both tenants and professionals alike. They have responded quickly to any issues that have arisen and have such a compassionate yet professional approach. I spent the most of my time dealing with Bex and Vicki and found this an absolute pleasure. They are both extremely approachable yet knowledgeable and this made my dealings with them a really enjoyable experience, I would not hesitate recommending their property management services to anyone

A very refreshing change of style - As a Conveyancer working for a High Street firm of solicitors I have had numerous dealing with Management Companies but have to say that I have been very impressed by all my interactions with Primis. Not only have they been easy to contact, prompt with responses and demonstrated a genuine client focused approach their Directors, Nick and Faye King, have resolved a long standing issue for one of my clients demonstrating a "can do" attitude. Happy client, happy conveyancer!

A really necessary couple of comments regarding Primis PM. They have recently assumed the management of Joseph Locke House, Barnsley. A large converted Government apartment block of 95 units. Previously abandoned by it's former owner, now freshly sold. So new partnership formed with Primis. From office manager Vicki, who is extremly contactable and efficient, to all other trades men and cleaners they are great. In a very short time have completly turned around the building and grounds. I have lived here over 5 years the atmosphere never been better. Onwards and upwards.

Working with Primis PM is great we work together to better there Tenants security in making their homes a better environment to live in.

We have been working with Primis Property Management for a few months now and I am so impressed by how much each team member cares for the buildings they have.
