Appalling customer service. Provides misleading information. Substandard quality garments. Extremely overpriced. Provided invalid returns information. China based company but uses third party UK delivery service to mislead consumers that they are UK based. Would not recommend!!

I ordered some t-shirt and a hoodie still not got them they have taken my money all they keep saying is its been shipped order them on the 5th of July this is out of ordered

I used to work there, was let go without being told by the owner. I am owed upwards of £3000 including wages and payment for a laptop I was told to buy

Bought trainers in October 23, still not received, no response via email or insta, and viewed my message. Must be on his ass, still trading with no intention on sending the goods. Dossers will be dossers. Enjoy it scruff

This I believe is a fake company. Do not buy from this company. A jumper ordered for my teenage son on 14th Dec. Today is 22nd Dec, goods still not received by Royal Mail and obviously not received in time for Xmas. No phone number to call. One email which went to my junk. I will be disputing the payment with my bank and attempting to refund my pyt. Shame on primo whoever you are for defrauding customers at Christmas.

Total scam, returned clothes, they dont respond through any social media or email. Still waiting on refund from October. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Would not use this company again, I returned some shorts back in September and still have not got my return, was getting replies to my emails saying sorry you haven’t received your return, I have them emailed about 5 times since with no reply!

I order a £115 Jacket in September and have near received it!! Chases them via email to find out where it was final got a reply, they said it was out of stock and that I would receive a refund but that never happened!!! It’s now December.

Undelivered clothing ordered three weeks ago, since then, no reply/response to multiple emails and phone calls and website no longer appears to be functioning. Attempting to reclaim payment via my bank.

Ordered a pair of shorts nearly a month ago and still yet to get any form of email or communication of when they’ll arrive.

Made an order in September for £82. 3 weeks later still hadn’t heard anything. Finally got a response back to say sorry and it’s delayed. They an email to say they will have to refund the order. It’s now 16th November and I have no refund still. Quite literally been robbed!! Unbelievably poor company. Avoid at all costs!!

Had ordered some stuff from this website a couple of years ago with no issues however totally different experience this time around. Bought some protein powder around 6 weeks ago and a week later was told this was delayed due to shipping issues in Europe. Now for over a month have had emails & instagram messages ignored and no sign of my items or a refund! Avoid at all costs

Nightmare from start to finish. Delayed, then not delivered, then a refund promised, no refund. Chasing and chasing. More time spent chasing up the mess than you would believe. If you have plenty of spare time and love emailing people, order something from here

If I could give no stars I would!!! Absolute s**t show of a company!!! Reading other reviews mine is very similar. Ordered one size of trainers… they sent wrong size. I returned straight away ( paying £8.95) heard nothing… I sent email after email…. Instagram messages most days. Now and again I’d get a reply saying their PayPal won’t work to do a refund. Finally this morning after going through PayPal and citizens advice I’ve been refunded. I returned trainers on august 24th!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely inept and backwards company. Ordered some trainers in a size 8 and they blatantly sent the wrong size to me (shows they have no checks before shipping). When contacted, they told me to follow the returns procedure (buyer liable for postage) again, when pressed on this, as it was their mistake, they sent a prepaid label for me to send item back. Had to chase them to confirm the item had been received back to which they told me they had received and it has now been refunded and stated it can take up to 10 working days. Fine, but 14 working days later there’s still no sign of a refund. Emailed them to no avail and the contact number on their website (a mobile number - extremely odd) never rings through and goes to EE answerphone. Absolutely awful service, possibly the worst service I have ever encountered while online shopping. Website now doesn’t work and there is no way to contact them - brill! The company is obviously run/managed by fools and would absolutely avoid ordering anything from them like the plague. Unfortunately, I had to give them 1 star on this review when even that is astronomically generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wouldn’t even give this company a star. Absolute joke of a company ordered new balance shoes if them and it said be 3-5 working days and it’s been 4 weeks. With no communication and Iv tried emailing there customer service at least 5 different occasions and no response. Avoid at all cost. Is there anything I can do to escalate this with no communication?
