Items never arrived. Customer service was not helpful-taking weeks to respond or they didn’t respond at all. It was my first time ordering and it was a mistake to try this company.

I love, love, love, my heart sunglasses. Even nicer in reality than advertised. Comfortable and very cute. (They also actually work and cut out the glare without me feeling like I have goggles on) Delivery was so quick too. Very happy!

The quality of the garments from adults to children wear have been of high quality, excellent care of packaging for postal, and the communication via email for updates on delivery were so appreciated.

Took ages for my order to come. I received 3 messages saying it had been delayed. Finally arrived. Very nice product - well made and lovely print on the fabric.

I ordered four items from Princess Highway because I was looking at cute clothes that were 100% cotton. When I finally received my order, FedEx left me with a $75 duty charge on my $170 order.

Not only that, but I only received 2 out of the 4 items ordered. One of the pants that I received still had the security tag attached.

I have attempted to reach out through their contact page (the chat window never comes up, even when I'm on there during their working hours in Australia), contacted through Facebook in which they never got back to me... I even sent an email to every contact that I could find on their page. Absolute silence.

Love the clothes - designs, fit and styling, attention to detail, choice of styles, quality fabrics
Tried and tested styles repeating across collections - this makes online shopping much easier, because I already know what fits and in which size, and fave items can be purchased in new fabrics and with new and interesting details
Very good value - especially when prepared to shop on sale
My local store (Marion, SA) staff are amazing - so helpful and friendly, always willing to help and nothing is too much bother for them
Online support staff are also very helpful and willing to find solutions

Great jeans and on sale! Mid rise lovely soft baggy jeans from Princess Highway. An earlier faded pair from them with embroidery I also love.

Bought a dress on Monday, by Friday it had been reduced in price drastically and mine had not even arrived yet.

I tried to get a refund for the price difference but they instead issued a voucher which is a bit useless given after thus experience I won’t be shopping there again.

Want to cancel one of the orders due to double order issue, email them the next day of ordering, the customer service didn’t reply until 3 days later when the order start shipping. Could be no hassle if they can reply back to the email sooner. After the dress get delivered, I have to pay the shipping fee again to return just because of their delayed customer service…

The items I bought are gorgeous. They were well packaged and had a timely delivery.

I haven’t received my order yet so I can’t comment on the quality or sizing of the items but I wanted to warn other Canadians ordering from this company to be prepared for a 50% duty/tax/brokerage fee on their order. I ordered $200 worth of clothes and am now paying $100 in additional fees from Fed Ex. Beware!

Love Princess Highway clothing that isn’t boring and styles for those who like to be individual . I get so many comments on my clothing, Love it keep up the good work guys !

The clothes are super cute. The only downside, you have to spend over $300 for free delivery. No where else in the world does one have to spend $300, maybe a maximum of $150.

They had a sale online and after buying a couple of items few hours after were reduced a further $20. Their marketing/sale strategy seems a bit cheeky.
I feel the quality in fabrics is reduced compared to couple of years ago. I bought a bikini and the elastic strap was all twisted, after contacting customer support they wouldn't allow a refund even if it wasn't used and was a faulty item.

Online ordering is super easy

Long term Princess Highway buyer here! Reasonably consistent sizing, great quality clothes that last a long time. Easy to navigate website. My only frustration is the number of marketing emails I get, especially those with misleading sales “further 10% off” but it’s the same price as last time I checked.
