Completely unreliable, avoid at all costs
Completely unreliable. I placed over 20 orders with them via Teelaunch in the last month, and nearly 50% had to be fully refunded to the customers because of their inability to deliver (and the orders STILL haven't shipped, the Friday before Christmas...). Worse, they make no attempt to resolve, or apologies for their ineptitude. The worst customer service I've experienced in four years of "print on demand" work. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
