By far the best customer service I have received from a personalised cupcake company- I frequently order cupcakes for our clients. Both the product and customer service I received from Print Cakes were excellent. We put in an order of a few hundred cupcakes with printed toppers for a fast turnaround. Chris went above and beyond to ensure these were really personalised products, liaising direct with the bakery team to ensure we received a product which fitted our spec perfectly including off-the-website customisations which really gave the cakes a special something.

Shall definitely be ordering from Print Cakes again

We have used Print Cakes on several occasions for corporate and staff events. The cakes are beautifully presented and ultra tasty and always go down well at events.

Ordered 18 cupcakes as a thank you for colleagues at work when I left my role. The site was easy to use and had great examples of what can be offered in the occasions section. Quick easy process, and the cakes couldn't have gone down better :)

Helena couldn't do enough t help me. Not only were their prices considerably more competitive for a large and quite complicated order, but she has made the whole process feel easy.
Having 19 batches of branded cupcakes sent to 19 locations across the UK has been made a breeze!
There has been great and consistent communication throughout and with one slight delivery hiccup (not their fault) she has been responsive and eager to help as much as possible.
I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Looked online to find some branded goods for a last minute conference that came up and found Print Cakes. Their website is easy to use, quick and in 2 days we received the cupcakes. The cakes themselves were delicious - very rare for this kind of thing where style seems to be more important than substance - and looked great with our corporate logo on, which seemed to be printed to a high quality, albeit in icing! Thank you!!

I placed an order with Print Cakes for a Corporate event. This involved over 3k of cupcakes going out across 7 locations including Belfast, Hull, Manchester, Stoke and Sheffield.
It was quite last minute but Helena was fab! She kept me updated throughout the process from order to each delivery.
The cup cakes were really professional and the branding was perfect, not to mention extremely yummy!
Highly recommended! Would definately use Print Cakes for future events.

The cupcakes looked great with our logo clearly displayed on top, they were all consistent and so delicious! (Even the gluten-free ones!)

We've used Print Cakes for a number of our client events and have received an excellent service each time, with prompt, helpful and friendly communication, competitive rates and good quality branded cup cakes. The tracked nationwide deliveries are particularly helpful for us to see when each batch are successfully delivered. Above all our clients have been very happy too! I ordered a corporate order for 30 clients across London and we had a few samples sent to our office in Cambridge.
I spoke to Helena and she was very accommodating and quick to reply. She kept up to date with our order and was able to work with us when we ran into some issues from our end.

The cakes themselves were delicious, we ordered chocolate, lemon and vanilla, all very soft and fluffy.
Our logo was printed on a wafer to a high quality, the logo was crisp and clean, not blurred.

Next time I order cupcakes, I will use Print Cakes.
