Awful business, awful customer service, poor products and yes they migh be cheap but horrendous after sales service

I made an order pretty late for a last minute bake sale for a banner and stickers and they were easy to reach even out of hours on watsapp and was really easy to double check the design few times before finalizing and everything was delivered to my doorsteps within 24 hours in great condition and I am very pleased with the outcome!

Quick, Professional and a fair price. Delivery arrived as promised, the quick turnaround was impressive. The printing quality and the actual banner quality was very good.

Would definitely recommend to at least get a quote from them.

Avoid this company completely.

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a printing company in the UK.

I ordered magnetic business cards for my company, and before printing everything looked professional and sharp in the design preview. What I actually received was completely unacceptable.

The cards were badly cut and uneven.
The print quality is blurry and low resolution.
The text is difficult to read.
The QR code DOES NOT SCAN properly, which makes the business cards practically useless for customers.

I specifically paid for professional-looking business cards, and instead received something that looks cheap and rushed.

Even worse was the customer service. For almost two weeks I kept getting excuses like “we will send soon”, “someone will contact you”, “we will update you shortly”. After finally receiving the order and complaining about the quality, they stopped responding properly.

This is not professional printing service standards.

I attached both:

* the original approved design,
* and the actual product received.

The difference is shocking.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone who needs serious business printing.

SCAM COMPANY This company is effectively taking your money but not sending you a product. I ordered a banner for next day delivery. This came to £68 plus change and included over £26 as a next day delivery charge. I checked twice during the ordering process that the banner would definitely be delivered on time. They confirmed by email it would. Three days later still no delivery and their answer to my enquiry was. They are not responsible for any delivery problems and would I like 15% of my money back, even though they have not even delivered the product I paid over £68 for.Obviously I am taking this further as it is paramount to theft.

Poor, arrived with outer package split, damaged. No instructions for install. Part of the graphics already splitting and coming off. Stand is flimsy and slightest movement comes apart in some places. Do not recommend.

They were a pleasure to work with helped me with the layout and took my small changes in stride without upping the price. The finished product (a laminated aluminum printed sign) arrived well packaged and looked good.

We always have excellent service from these guys. It's especially helpful that as a returning customer we can discuss our needs via the chat option rather than fill out numerous order forms.

Ordered for an event with limited time. Printed Today delivered within 2 working days from sign off. great gazebo. We may order more for our events. Quality and team knowledge outstanding from James

Just received our order and can’t praise them enough. Extremely professional excellent quality brilliant value for money and speedy too. No hesitation in recommending.

NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a banner with them 2.5 years ago and as soon as I opened it, it was completely damaged and I could see scratches and a cut really not straight at all. I received the order on the 02/11 and I opened it on the 04/11.
The support answered that their T&Cs state that complains have to be reported within 24 hours.
Which company gives a 24 hours notice to share feedback on print?!!! I’ve never seen this.
And it’s not like I reported it 2 months later, it was literally 48 hours after I received it!
Despite my request to take this issue into account and help me find a solution, I never received any further answers…

Since then, the sales team has been calling me EVERY MONTH to prospect me and try to make me order again. I explained the issue I had before and that I wouldn’t order again unless I receive a refund for this order that I haven’t been able to use. They only offered vouchers which would force me to reorder without being sure of the quality.
I said I would only be open to discuss with them again of a potential new order if they refund me, cash in bank. At every call, they ask me to forward the emails and tell me “I will check internally and we’ll get back to you”. Never heard back and every month, someone calls me again, as if nothing happened, and tries to sell me train products again.
And every time, I explained again the issue I had before and asked for them to deal with this first and every time they tell me they’ll share it with the right team and every time I don’t hear back… until the next prospection call!!!

I’ve never seen such a poor customer service.

At the 10th or 15th call, I asked them to delete my number, but they keep calling back to prospect, and never solve my previous issue.

Awful customer service, don’t go with them.

The single worst company of all time.

Mucked up my wedding signage and refused to refund them. They were covered in marks, water damage, shipped terribly. Took me round and round in circles and to this day ring me at least once a week to try and get me to order again. Always on a different number so you can't block.

DO NOT start business with this company. Nothing but trouble.

Ordered a 5ftx5ft memorial banner late Monday night and really needed for today Thursday 30/04/26. It came this morning and we are delighted with the finished design. It was really easy to do and communication was prompt and helpful. We used a photo the image is crystal clear. Thank you so much guys ten out of ten I will definitely be using you again.

I feel really deflated to feel so strongly that I need to leave a poor review but, having read several recent reviews from other customers, I can see that I'm not alone in my dissatisfaction with the quality of the product I received and the customer service I received following my complaint being made. I ordered 5 cafe barrier banners made from PVC vinyl with pole pockets along the top and bottom edges. I was impressed that they could be delivered quickly, for the standard delivery charge (they have a 'timer' on the website showing what time an order must be placed by), but was later told I must pay an additional £42 fee for delivery on my required day.

The banners arrived with no pole pockets; just an eyelet in each corner. Printed Today did turn the replacement order around extremely quickly, which I'm grateful for. However, the pole pockets have been created by folding over the top and bottom edges and sticking them with a lightweight 'selotape' equivalent. The first time we used them the tape gave way on one of the banners and the pole slipped out. The tape is already peeling on the others. Printed Today are adamant that their 'standard finishing method, which includes a reinforced adhesive/tape' has been used. They are not at all interested in the photos I have sent which show the poor performance of the banners. They are also unwilling to refund the additional £42 delivery charge, despite me sending evidence that I placed my order within the required timeframe. Needless to say, I will not be using them again. I gave them every opportunity to put things right. It's a real shame, because they have lots of systems in place which suggest they are a company that cares. In reality, they don't.

Have ordered a few times and no issues at all. Everything is quick and easy from pricing to sending artwork. All items, signage, a frame and photoboard have all been good quality and delivered quickly.

Terrible shocking service. Absolutely avoid at all costs. Scam, payment made and no product provided. Complaints not handled properly. Then they continually call to ask about the experience and I ask them to stop calling, they call over and over. I block number, still they call. Absolutely ridiculous.
