Good, not great.
I'm not thrilled about the paper quality. I swear the delivery and delivery date were days apart. I wasn't in a hurry, but I'd like to know if the delivery and the delivery date are different.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I’m sorry the paper quality wasn’t quite what you expected. Paper samples are available to help customers choose the option that best suits their project, and our team also offered a reprint on a different paper type, which was declined. We’re glad we could clarify that the delivery date on your order confirmation matched the day your order was delivered. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to working with you again!

The product came in on time, well packaged and up to standards. It was my first time using Printivity, so when they contacted me about my order, they gave me a first-time customer promotion and saved me $40! I didn't know about it and didn't have to ask.
