We have been using Printivity for a few years now. They have always been very quick and the quality is great! Customer service is great too!

The customer service is great. So helpful and my project looked as I had hoped. Colors remained vibrant and positioned well.

Print quality is very good. Pages are in the print order i requested. The only thing i wish was the paper was slightly heavier. But otherwise fantastic!

Customer service via email and phone was great. I asked a lot of questions so I could start from the best position possible and ensure the likelihood of the digital proof being 100% what we were after. That all worked out. Their people did a great rendering and worked with my requests. I was on a rushed timeline and was amazed they were able to print and deliver my order even faster than expected. ON A HOLIDAY WEEKED!. Great professionalism here. Great results as well.

The paper and print quality was great! We had one page that looked a little pixelated which was likely do to a bad image but it was not obvious in the proof. That would have been helpful because we could have replaced it. Overall very happy with quick turnaround and quality. Just a better proof or an alert for the low res would have helped make 5 stars.

Printivity's customer service is top-notch. In a world of AI bots and long customer service hold times, they assisted me with my questions and issues to make the whole process seamless (even when I noticed a couple of errors I had made with my order). I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

I had a GREAT experience with Printivity! The quality, speed, price, and user experience was fantastic. I almost couldn't believe how seamless it all was and thought I might be getting scammed, but NO! They are just that GOOD! I will be using them again in the future.

Received my proof copy within 3 days which was great. Overall I was pleased with the copy quality was good, placement was good with a few edits that I am going to ask if they can do. If those are approved I am prepared to move forward production for my product.

Communication to just receive the quote for the job took too long and was really inefficient. Information was conflicting as well. The printing job itself went according to schedule but )because I have worked with other printers I know) took too long of a time. The quality however was really nice. When it was shipped to USPS for their mailing (for which we paid for 1st class postage) and things weren't in mailboxes until 2.5 weeks later I would have hoped that Printivity could have given me contact information of some kind so I could follow up with USPS for more info on the status of the job. Instead, all the times I called I was told that Printivity followed through with what they needed to and that's all. It was extremely frustrating and I do not plan on using Printivity again for a printing/mailing job.
