As a first-time author, I appreciated Printivity’s outstanding customer service. The team was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and I’m pleased with the quality of my books.

My one suggestion is to make single-copy printed proofs more affordable. At about $50, it’s difficult to check a physical copy before ordering a larger quantity. Digital proofs are helpful, but some details only become apparent in print. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.

I had a very good experience with Printivity. The support team was helpful throughout the proofing and file approval process, communication was clear, and the turnaround time was fast.

I’m also very happy with the final print quality. The books came out clean and professional, and overall the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I would definitely use Printivity again and would be comfortable recommending them to others.

My experience was beyond exceptional. Keilani and I think it was Megan worked and responded to my concerns and questions with efficiency. Had a minor issue with one of the booklets in my order and they got it resolved very quickly. Will definitely use in the future and refer others! Great product, came on time and looks lovely.

wrong font size and style used so i could not use the booklets. i specifically stated the required font size had to be the same as the draft sent and it was not not even readable. I sent previous evaluations but doesn't appear to have been received. I ask that the booklets be reproduced with the proper font size 12 pt century schoolbook and style like the draft I sent and not shrunk. Please advise.

This is our 7th edition , and out 4th printing with Printivity.

I have been waiting for a call back. My order had a red line though all the posters and i needed them last week for my customers...........and now no one will get back to me. i need them no later then tomorrow.

I loved the speed of delivery and also the customer support a few things went wrong with my initial order but the customer support was on point each time that I called so I appreciate them for being super communicative with me on the solution. Would order again overall.

I was basically very happy with the product, a 36 page. middle-stitched booklet, especially in comparison to a local printer who had charged 7 times more per copy. I was also impressed by the promptness and responsiveness of their customer service. My only complaint, if one wants to call it that, is that the text, Georgia 10 pt which I have been using for 20 years for digital publications, appears somewhat "thinned out".

The ease of placing an order and approving a proof was top notch. When an update was needed on the first proof, I was informed of any impacts to delivery time. The delivery was on time as promised with no issues. The quality surpassed expectation with the quality of the paper, the vivid print job, and the clean look of all the items.

I had a wonderful experience working with Printivity on a very special project, The Ultimate Cruise Companion™. This was my first time having something I created professionally printed, so the quality of the finished product and the proofing process were extremely important to me.

I ordered a hard copy proof before moving forward, and I am so glad I did. Being able to physically hold the book, look closely at the colors, margins, binding, borders, and overall print quality gave me the confidence I needed before approving the final version.

Throughout the process, Printivity was responsive and helpful with the changes that needed to be made. When I received the updated digital proof, the corrections were handled well and the final result looked beautiful.

This project means a great deal to me personally, and seeing it come to life as an actual professionally printed book was an unforgettable moment. I appreciate the care that went into producing it and would definitely consider Printivity again for future editions and projects. My only issue is they couldn’t produce 2 pocket pages but other than that I have zero complaints!

I've enjoyed working with your graphic designer, Coby for the last 3 years on our Home Tour Booklet. He has creative design ideas for the layout. He is responsive to requests and timely in meeting deadlines.
The department has also been supportive in providing copies of prior year's material.
I would recommend them for their talent and supportive attitude.
