My representative called me from an inquiry i made on line. The representative Max was very knowledgeable and certainly had control of the issue from the GO.

After a few minutes of diagnostics the representative had the issue narrowed down and the tech team ready to tighten everything up. The tech team came in and RDP into my set and made my machine run at top speed. I also asked my representative to look at an issue with my Word Doc layout. In 1 click - resolved..
