well what can i say, i could not set up my new printer to my laptop. my son tried and he couldn't so i type in how to do it and it offered a message or call so i opted for a call and they call you back and i had a very kind gentleman on the other end and i explained what i couldn't do ans he was very patient and explained everything and he helped me get the situation sorted. To which I am very great full.
