Very good quality for the price
Good quality for the price - was very very pleased. I ordered four sets for Christmas present for 10 year olds and teens - they loved them!
The staff were also very responsive and helpful when I needed to change the delivery address.

Initially I was really pleased with sweatshirt but when I washed it on 30 degrees with non bio detergent, it came out with a faded patch on front, I contacted seller to explain but have received no reply
REPLY: thank you for replying to my review, I have explained above what happened, I no longer have the sweatshirt as the faded patch was right in the front

Sizing is much too small - size up if ordering from here
Women’s sizes in pyjamas are much too small - I ordered a S which states it’s a size 10 and it was more like a size 6 when it came. I told the company that this was the case and they said as it was personalised there was nothing they could do. So I had to order another top in a size M.
The pants were also much too short.

Absolutely amazing
Everything from start to finish, including problem solving was brilliant. I love my personalised pj's I cannot wait to give them in my family secret santa. Great quality, the email communication was amazing and the whole process was super quick!
