Had to send one item back, due to a change of mind, this is my reason for it not being 5 stars.. their WhatsApp chat is extremely slow to answer you, and as these are small companies, I didn't mind having to pay the postage

Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 personalised jumpers and the communication was great from the offset. They arrived promptly and were exactly as described. One tho, has a mark on the sleeve. I contacted them via WhatsApp with pictures of the issue and the made and sent out a new one apologising that this had happened. The communication and customer service from start to finish was amazing and the products are great value for money

T-shirt is lovely and fitted my daughter perfectly. She was delighted going to school for numbers day wearing her personalised number T-shirt!
Delivery was super fast. Would buy again and 100% recommend.
