High price and low quality
High price. Very bad quality. Big difference to the pictures shown on the website. Costumer support was very friendly, but made false promises and also forgot to resend the correct number of Items. Discount was offered. All in all not a great experience and a waste of time an money.

Never received the items and now…
Never received the items and now fighting to get my money back. Printworks issued a wrong invoice to UPS resulting in import charges in the UK. When I contacted them they apologised and reassured me I did not have to pay the charges and they will take care of it. But they never did. UPS tried to deliver parcel 5 times but understandably didn’t hand it over without me paying the huge import tax. I asked printworks whether I should pay the charges and they reimburse me, I also sent them the payment link for the charges but they didn’t sort it so each time UPS knocked on my door I couldn’t accept the delivery as the charges were not paid. So the parcel is now on the way way back to Scandinavia and I’m fighting to get my money back.
Poor standard and absolutely unacceptable to let your customers pay the price for an admin error on their side.

Cheap, made in China crap
I got some games as gifts and the quality was sadly horrible. The chess board had glue on it and the board was a crooked. The yatzy game was very cheap. My friend told me these were the most expensive games in the store- but they’re throw-away, made in China junk.
The store would not return them even though they should return them to the company that makes them because they are so bad.

I was slightly concerned ordering from here given the negative reviews but had a great experience. Two of the books were a little damaged and I was immediately sent replacements. The overall quality could be a little better for the price but I haven’t been able to find anything else like it and they look gorgeous! Just how I had hoped. I plan on doing a family
Photo book each year and would definitely buy more.

Will never use this company again
Will never use this company again! £15 for postage and packaging (which is ridiculously expensive) only paid it as I was buying something as a gift for someone and the box of one of the items was open and damaged. Such a disappointment and waste of money

Very good after sales service
Very good after sales service. Received a mirror chess board with minor damaged, and got replaced immediately. High quality product with beautiful design. Happy with the service and product.

Overall, I am rather satisfied with the quality (not exceptionnal, but still good, even great for some items) of the delivery and the products themselves.
Poor quality album so I returned
Poor quality album so I returned , which took ages and then I didn’t get a full refund . I had to pay £23 for nothing basically .
I have not kept the album but have to pay £23 for postage etc , I would never use this company ever again

Expensive for a bad quality
Quick delivery but very disappointed with quality. I ordered their large photo album and one of the folder clip did not close properly - it is impossible to fix into place (making it impossible to turn pages). Also the black pages were all bent slightly making it difficult to attach photos. I’m surprised they didn’t check their product before sending. The quality of the album does not justify the premium price tag attached to it. I would not recommend - emailed the company today and awaiting to hear back.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I placed my order for one of their photo albums 4 weeks ago, I paid £8 for 3-6 days delivery and 2 weeks later i got an email saying it has been delivered (but it hadn’t). So I emailed them asking for proof of delivery, to which they couldn’t prove, they chatted some sh** for a few days and then offered to send another one, I said I wanted my delivery refunded to which they said they had issued a refund. They didn’t, so I emailed them again, and eventually got my delivery refunded a week after they said they did it. I then got another email saying it would arrive today but yet again hasn’t, it’s been 4 weeks so far, they’re no longer answering my emails, and they don’t accept PayPal payments so I’m going to have to try and get help from the bank. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I have ordered from PrintWorks Market Twice, both times, their photo albums. The first order went off great and I had no problems receiving my tracking number and order in the specified timeframe. I liked the photo albums and quality seemed fine. My friend works in the chessboard making business and told me to avoid their games as they are of cheap quality.
The second order was horrendous. I placed my order on Feb 17th. When I had received neither a tracking code nor the package by Feb 26th, I emailed their customer service, and here’s where it gets even worse:
1. They don’t reply until the evening of March 2nd.
2. Every one sentence reply took 24 hours.
3. They said my item was stuck in the delivery warehouse and didn’t give me a tracking number or a reason why. They just offered to send me the package again.
4. I got fed up with them and called UPS directly to work out what was wrong, and they told me it was a seller issue, and the seller had not been providing the correct customs papers and so the item had been returned to them from Denmark- the item had never even set foot into the UK where I am based.
5. I ask the customer service agent for a refund explaining this, because the item was for a birthday which was going to be too late given their massive delays on customer service.
6. Customer service at no point apologies. They accuse me of not wanting to pay customs which was not the issue at all. In my experience, customs is paid once the item is actually in the UK. UPS specified it was a seller issue.
I was just disgusted by how they accused me of the problem when all of these failures sit squarely with the seller. Please save yourself some money and support others on Etsy instead. This company doesn’t know how to run a business.

Order 3 items (set of Cards, dominos and Chess) spending 74 EUR. The most expensive item was the Chessboard for 63 EUR.
To my surprise, the quality of the Chessboard does not correspond to the picture on the website, meaning the representation they have on the website will differ from what you receive.
The chessboard I received had poorly finished and was not as shiny and clean when compared to the website. I contacted the support, provided some photos, to which they immediately offered to send a new piece - the new piece arrived, and had exactly the same defects - this confirmed my assumptions that they are aware of what they are doing (selling products that do not correspond to reality), which is a really bad practice towards their costumers.
Will never spend my money here ever again. I hope this review helps other customers.
